b) Land recovered in cases specified in clauses 26 and 27, Article 79 of this Law for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 purpose of auctioning land use rights;

c) Land recovered according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provisions of Article 81, points a, b, c, d, clause 1, and clauses 2, Article 82 of this Law in urban areas;
