Article 103. recompense for crops and livestock
Upon land expropriation by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State that causes damage to crops and livestock, recompense is carried out as follows:
- For annual crops, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recompense is calculated based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay production value of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay harvest. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay production value of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay harvest is calculated based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay highest yield of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay last 3 consecutive years for that crop at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay local area and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recompense unit price;
- For perennial crops, recompense is calculated based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay actual damage value of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay garden.
For perennial crops that are harvested multiple times and are in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay harvesting period, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recompense is calculated based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay yield of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay unharvested garden corresponding to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay remaining years in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay harvest cycle and trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay recompense unit price;

Article 105. Cases of ineligibility for recompense for property affixed to land when trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay land is expropriated by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State
- Assets attached to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay land falling under any reclaimed land categories as stipulated in clauses 1, 2, 4, 5, and 8 of Article 81, and points b and c, clause 1 of Article 82 of this Law.
- Assets attached to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay land that have been created in violation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law or during trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay effective period of a land reclamation notice by competent state authorities as regulated by this Law.
- Assets attached to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay land that are part of a construction work based on a construction permit of limited duration according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay construction law and whose permit has expired at trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay land reclamation time.
Owners of assets stated in this clause are supported for dismantling, demolition, and relocation.
- Technical infrastructure works, social infrastructure, and other construction works where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay owners determine there's no use demand before trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay land reclamation decision of competent authorities.
