Article 82. Types and standards of social housing area
- Types and standards for trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro area of social housing are prescribed as follows:
a) Social housing is an apartment building, invested, and constructed according to a project, in compliance with detailed construction planning that has been approved. If a social housing construction project is implemented in a commune within trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro ethnic minority and mountainous regions as per trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Government of Vietnam, individual housing may be constructed;
b) In cases where social housing is an apartment building, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro apartment must be designed and constructed according to national technical standards for apartment buildings and social housing area standards;
c) In cases where social housing is an individual house, it must be designed and constructed according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions of construction law and social housing area standards;
d) In cases where individuals construct social housing according to Clause 6, Article 80 of this Law, multi-storey, multi-apartment houses or individual homes may be constructed according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro provisions of this Law.

- Social housing is an apartment building, invested and constructed according to a project, in compliance with detailed construction planning that has been approved.
- Social housing that is an apartment building must have apartments designed and constructed according to national technical standards for apartment buildings and social housing area standards.

Who is eligible for social housing support policies in Vietnam?
According to Article 76 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euroHousing Law 2023stipulating trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subjects eligible for social housing support policies:
- Individuals who contributed to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro revolution, relatives of martyrs eligible for housing improvement support according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Decree on Preferential Policies for Individuals Contributing to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Revolution.
- Poor and near-poor households in rural areas.
- Poor and near-poor households in rural areas frequently affected by natural disasters, climate change.
- Poor and near-poor households in urban areas.
- Low-income individuals in urban areas.
- Workers, laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative alliances within and outside industrial zones.
- Officers, professional servicemen, non-commissioned officers in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro People's Armed Forces, police workers, officials, defense workers currently serving; individuals involved in cryptographic work, or other roles in cryptographic organizations, receiving salaries from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state budget currently working.
- Officials and public employees according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro legislation on officials and public employees.
- Individuals returning state-owned houses when no longer eligible for rental or moving to another location, except those having state-owned houses reclaimed due to regulation violations.
- Households or individuals eligible for land recovery and required to clear land or dismantle houses under legal provisions, which have not been compensated by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro state with a house or homestead land.
- Students, university students, college students, vocational students, students of specialized schools under legal provisions; students of public ethnic boarding schools.
- Enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative alliances in industrial zones.
What is trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro eligible monthly income for purchasing social housing in Vietnam?
Based on Article 30 ofDecree 100/2024/ND-CPstipulating income conditions:
Article 30. Income conditions
- For subjects stipulated in Clauses 5, 6, and 8 of Article 76 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Housing Law, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro income conditions must meet as follows:
a) In cases where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro applicant is single, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro actual monthly income shall not exceed 15 million dong as stated in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro salary and wage table confirmed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro agency, unit, or enterprise where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subject works.
In cases where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro applicant is married as per trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro legal provisions, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro total actual monthly income of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro applicant and his/her spouse shall not exceed 30 million dong as stated in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro salary and wage table confirmed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro agency, unit, or enterprise where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subject works.
b) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time to determine income conditions is one consecutive year from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subject stipulated in this clause submits a valid application to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro investor to register to purchase or lease-purchase social housing.

According to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro above regulation, a single person with a total income below 15 million dong per month is allowed to purchase social housing.
In cases where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro applicant is married, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro total actual monthly income of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro applicant and his/her spouse shall not exceed 30 million dong to enjoy social housing policies.
Actual monthly income is calculated based on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro salary and wage table confirmed by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro agency, unit, or enterprise where trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subject works.
trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro income conditions are determined within one consecutive year from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro time trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro subject stipulated in this clause submits a valid application to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro investor to register to purchase or lease-purchase social housing.
Note:Only applicable to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following subjects:
- Low-income individuals in urban areas.
- Workers, laborers working at enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative alliances within and outside industrial zones.
- Officials and public employees according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro legislation on officials and public employees.
