+ Senior specialist rank and equivalent: Maximum 40%;
+ Principal specialist rank and equivalent: Maximum 40%;
+ Specialist rank and equivalent, officer and equivalent, employee and equivalent: xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube remaining percentage of ranks.
- For organizations under and directly under xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube general department:
+ For departmental-level organizations and equivalent under xem bóng đá trực tiếp trên youtube general department
