Based on Article 3 lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nayDecree 154/2024/ND-CPspecifying the residence lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals living and working on movable vessels, ships, or means lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transportation:
Article 3. Residence lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Individuals Living and Working on Movable Vessels, Ships, or Means lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Transportation
- The residence lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals living, working on movable vessels, ships, or means lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transportation used for living (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'means') is the place lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay vehicle registration or the regular parking/stopping place as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 16 lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the Residence Law.
- The regular parking/stopping place lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the means is the location where the vehicle actually parks/stops, not within prohibited locations or areas, as determined and registered by the vehicle owner with the People's Committee lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the commune or the People's Committee lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the district where there is no commune-level administrative unit (hereafter abbreviated as commune-level People's Committee) where the vehicle parks/stops. In cases where the vehicle owner has a lease agreement for parking spaces or written approval for parking from the managing agency or organization, registration is not required.
- Citizens shall submit the residence registration dossier and the Application for Verification lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Regular Parking/Stopping Place; Use lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Means for Residential Purposes (abbreviated as Application) according to Form No. 01 issued with this Decree through direct means, online, or by public postal service to the residence registration agency. The residence registration agency is responsible for forwarding the Application to the commune-level People's Committee.
Within 02 working days from the date lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay receiving the Application, the commune-level People's Committee shall review and verify, and in case lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay denial, must respond in writing, clearly stating the reason and forwarding these documents to the residence registration agency for consideration and residence registration for the citizen.
- In case lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay a change in the regular parking/stopping place lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the means by the owner, there must be a re-registration as stipulated in Clause 3 lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay this Article.
In accordance with the above regulation, the application for verification lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regular parking/stopping place; use lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay means for residential purposes can be submitted directly, online, or by public postal service to the residence registration agency. The residence registration agency is responsible for forwarding the Application to the commune-level People's Committee.

Article 16. Residence lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Individuals Living and Working on Movable Vessels, Ships, or Means lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Transportation
- The residence lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals living, working on movable vessels, ships, or means lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transportation (hereinafter collectively referred to as 'means') is the place lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registration lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay such means, unless there is another residence as stipulated by this Law.
For a means that is not required to be registered or its registration location does not coincide with its regular parking/stopping place, the residence lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay the individual living, working on it is the regular parking/stopping place.
- The Government lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnam shall prescribe in detail this Article.
According to the above regulation, the residence lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay individuals living and working on movable vessels, ships, or other movable means lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay transportation is the place where such vehicle is registered unless there is another residence specified by law.
