What are the standards for a central-affiliated city in Vietnam?
According to Article 4 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếpResolution 1211/2016/UBTVQH13(amended by Clause 4, Article 1 bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếpResolution 27/2022/UBTVQH15), the standards for a central-affiliated city are stipulated as follows:
- Population size must be 1,000,000 people or more
- Natural area must be 1,500 km² or more
- Administrative units under jurisdiction:
+ There must be 09 or more district-level administrative units
+ The ratio bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp districts, townships, and cities under jurisdiction to total district-level administrative units must be 60% or more, including at least 02 districts
- Recognized as a special-grade urban area or type-1 urban area; or the area planned to become a central-affiliated city has been classified to meet the criteria bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp special-grade or type-1 urban areas
- Economic - social development level must meet the following:
+ Sufficient budget revenue-expenditure balance

Article 15. Classification standards and scoring method for classifying a central-affiliated city
- A population size bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp up to 1,000,000 people is scored 20 points; for populations exceeding 1,000,000, every additional 30,000 people are scored an additional 0.5 points, but not exceeding 30 points.
- A natural area bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp up to 1,000 km² is scored 20 points; for areas exceeding 1,000 km², every additional 50 km² is scored an additional 0.5 points, but not exceeding 25 points.
- Number bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp subordinate administrative units:
a) Having up to 10 district-level administrative units is scored 2 points; for more than 10 units, every additional unit is scored an additional 0.5 points, but not exceeding 6 points;
b) Having a ratio bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp districts to total district-level administrative units bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp 40% or less is scored 1 point; for ratios exceeding 40%, every additional 5% is scored an additional 0.5 points, but not exceeding 4 points.

+ Bed ratio per 10,000 people from the national average downwards is scored 0.5 points; for ratios above the national average, every additional 5% is scored an additional 0.25 points, but not exceeding 1.5 points
+ Doctor ratio per 10,000 people from the national average downwards is scored 0.5 points; for ratios above the national average, every additional 5% is scored an additional 0.25 points, but not exceeding 1.5 points
+ Poverty rate according to the multidimensional poverty standard from the national average upwards is scored 1 point; for rates below the national average, reducing by every 0.5% is scored an additional 0.25 points, but not exceeding 2 points
- Specific factor: a temporary population ratio converted from 10% to 20% compared to the permanent population is scored 1 point; for ratios above 20%, every additional 5% is scored an additional 0.5 points, but not exceeding 5 points.
