Issuance of Circular 06/2024/TT-BTNMT on standards and conditions for promotion of public employee titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of Natural Resources and Environment in Vietnam

On June 28, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Minister of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment issued Circular 06/2024/TT-BTNMT, which regulates trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay standards and conditions for trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay promotion of public employee titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay fields of Natural Resources and Environment.

Circular 06/2024/TT-BTNMT applies to public employees holding professional titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following specializations within trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay fields of Natural Resources and Environment:

- Land administration

- Environmental resource investigation

- Hydro-meteorological forecasting, hydro-meteorological monitoring

- Environmental resource monitoring

- Surveying and mapping in public service providers

What are standards and conditions for promotion to Grade 2 for public employees holding professional titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of Natural Resources and Environment in Vietnam?

Based on Article 3 of Circular 06/2024/TT-BTNMT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay standards and conditions for promotion to Grade 2 for public employees holding professional titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of Natural Resources and Environment are as follows:

Standards and conditions for promotion to Grade II for public employees holding professional titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of Natural Resources and Environment:

Public employees holding professional titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of Natural Resources and Environment are eligible to be registered for promotion to Grade II when they meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following standards and conditions:

1. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay standards and conditions specified in Clause 1 of Article 32 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP dated September 25, 2020, by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government on recruitment, utilization, and management of public employees (amended in Clause 16 of Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP dated December 7, 2023, by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Government).

2. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay job position plan of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay public service provider must be developed and approved in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay relevant laws, with a job position corresponding to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay professional title of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay public employee being considered for promotion.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay authority to nominate for promotion must be granted by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority.

Therefore, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay standards and conditions for promotion to Grade 2 for public employees holding professional titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of Natural Resources and Environment are as follows:

Public employees holding professional titles in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field of Natural Resources and Environment are eligible to be registered for promotion to Grade 2 when they meet trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following standards and conditions:

(1)trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay standards and conditions specified in Clause 1 of Article 32 of Decree 115/2020/ND-CP on recruitment, utilization, and management of public employees (amended in Clause 16 of Article 1 of Decree 85/2023/ND-CP).

(2)trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay job position plan of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay public service provider must be developed and approved in accordance with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay relevant laws, with a job position corresponding to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay professional title of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay public employee being considered for promotion.

(3)trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay authority to nominate for promotion must be granted by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority.

(4)trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay public employee must have held trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Grade 3 professional title in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay registered specialization or its equivalent for a period of at least 9 years (excluding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay probation and trainee period).

In case trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay public employee has an equivalent period of holding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Grade 3 professional title, they must have held trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Grade 3 professional title in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay registered specialization for a minimum of 1 year (12 months) until trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay deadline for submitting trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay promotion application (if trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay period of holding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Grade 3 professional title in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay registered specialization is not continuous, it can be accumulated).

(5)During trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay period of holding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Grade 3 professional title and its equivalent, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay public employee must be granted written confirmation (along with trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay application) by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority, based on one of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay following work achievements:

- Leading or participating in scientific and technological tasks from trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay grassroots level or above, and meeting trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay requirements as assessed and approved by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority.

- Leading or participating in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of projects, programs, plans, strategies, and regulations in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field and sector of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization, which have been issued, approved, and accepted at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay required level by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization.

- Leading or participating in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay development of legal normative documents that have been issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority and confirmed by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization.

- Leading or participating in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay construction of technical regulations, guidelines, or professional documents in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay field and sector of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization, which have been issued by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay competent authority and confirmed by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay head of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay organization.

- Having achievements in trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay implementation of professional tasks and being awarded commendation certificates by trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ministry, authority, department, or province, or having achievements in professional tasks and being awarded trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay title of "Soldier with Exemplary Performance" at trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay grassroots level or above.

When does trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Circular 06/2024/TT-BTNMT take effect in Vietnam?

Based on Article 4 of Circular 06/2024/TT-BTNMT, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions regarding trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay enforcement are as follows:

Enforcement provisions:

1. This Circular shall come into effect from August 15, 2024.

2. In case trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal normative documents referred to in this Circular are amended, supplemented, or replaced, trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay amended, supplemented, or replaced legal normative documents shall apply.

According to trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay legal regulations, Circular 06/2024/TT-BTNMT shall come into effect from August 15, 2024.
