a) Students studying traditional and specific arts at vocational education institutions, public and private higher education institutions providing cultural - arts training, including: Ethnic theatre musicians, traditional Hue musicians, Southern amateur music performers, stage actors, folk performances, Ca Tru art, Bai Choi art, traditional musical instrument performances;
b) Students studying specialized courses in royal music, Cheo, Tuong, Cai Luong, dance, circus; some heavy, hazardous, and dangerous professions in vocational education according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 list of heavy, hazardous, and dangerous jobs prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
