Based on Article 3 of Circular 07/2024/TT-BNV regulating salary calculation, allowances, and operating expenses:

Method of calculating salary, allowances, and operating expenses

1. For officials and public employees and employees defined in clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9 of Article 1 of this Circular:

a) Formula for calculating salary:

(Salary applicable from July 1, 2024) = (Statutory pay rate 2,340,000 VND/month) x (Current salary coefficient)

b) Formula for calculating allowances:

(Allowance applicable from July 1, 2024) = (Statutory pay rate 2,340,000 VND/month) x (Current allowance coefficient)

(Allowance applicable from July 1, 2024) = (Salary applicable from July 1, 2024 + Leadership position allowance applicable from July 1, 2024 (if any) + Seniority allowance beyond đá bóng trực tiếp framework applicable from July 1, 2024 (if any)) x (Percentage of allowance as regulated)
