On October 27, 2023, the Prime Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Vietnam issued the Directive 27/CT-TTg in 2023 on continuing to promote solutions to reform and improve the efficiency trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro administrative procedures and public service provision for citizens and businesses.

The Prime Minister requires the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Public Security to coordinate with the Government Office, ministries, and localities to implement the task trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro deploying the use trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro VNeID for administrative procedures as follows:

4. The Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Public Security, in coordination with the Government Office, ministries, and localities, will regularly update, complete, and adapt the technical solutions, infrastructure, and instructions for connecting and integrating the Electronic Identification and Authentication System managed by the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Public Security (VNeID), the National Population Database with the National Public Service Portal, the Administrative Procedure Management Information System at the ministerial and provincial levels toput the VNeID digital identity account into use in the implementation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro administrative procedures, electronic administrative services before July 1, 2024,and at the same time serve to resolve administrative procedures, provide public services to ensure the reduction trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro documents such as: identity cards or identity cards, family relations, residence certificates, etc.

Therefore, before July 1, 2024, the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Public Security will deploy the use trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the VNeID in the implementation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro administrative procedures and electronic administrative services.

What is the duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro processing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro registration requests for eID accounts in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 17 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Decree 59/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating the duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro processing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro registration requests for eID accounts in Vietnam as follows:

Upon receipt trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro all valid request documents prescribed herein, the competent Police shall process the registration request for an eID account within the following duration:

1. For any Vietnamese citizen who is holding a chip-based ID card: The maximum duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro completion trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro processing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the registration requests for level-1 eID accounts and level-2 eID accounts shall be 01 and 03 working days, respectively. For any Vietnamese citizen who does not hold a chip-based ID card:

The maximum duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro completion trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro processing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the registration requests for eID accounts shall be 07 working days.

2. For foreigners: The maximum duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro completion trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro processing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the registration requests for level-1 eID accounts shall be 01 working day; for level-2 eID accounts, if the applicant’s portrait photo and fingerprint is available in the national entry/exit database, 03 working days; for level-2 eID accounts, if the applicant’s portrait photo and fingerprint is available in the national entry/exit database, 07 working days.

3. For non-person entities:

a) The maximum duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro completion trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro processing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the registration requests for eID accounts shall be 01 working day if verifiable information about the requesting entity already exists in the national database or specialized databases.

b) The maximum duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro completion trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro processing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the registration requests for eID accounts shall be 15 working day if verifiable information about the requesting entity is not available in the national database or specialized databases.

- For any Vietnamese citizen who is holding a chip-based ID card

What are levels trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro eID account authentication in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 24 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Decree 59/2022/NĐ-CP stipulating levels trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro eID account authentication in Vietnam as follows:

- Level 1:Authenticate an eID account by a single factor trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro authentication, which are pieces trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro information that an eID holder can use or possess.

+ By Means trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro authentication such as following elements: password; secret key; two-dimensional barcode; terminal; one-time password device or software; cryptographic device or software; ID card; passport; portrait photo; fingerprint used for electronic authentication purposes.

+ Except biometric data.

- Level 2:Authenticate an eID account by two different factors trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro authentication, and by a corresponding means trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro authentication, except biometric data.

- Level 3:Authenticate an eID account by two or more different factors trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro authentication, and by a corresponding means trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro authentication, including a biometric datum.

- Level 4:Authenticate an eID account by checking factors trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro authentication, including portrait photo and fingerprint, against data available in the ID card or the citizen ID database or the national entry/exit database.
