- Organize the implementation xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay mechanisms and policies for the development xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay commerce and the domestic market; develop commerce and ensure the balance xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supply and demand xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay goods, essential goods for mountainous, island, remote, rural, border areas, and ethnic minorities according to legal regulations; regarding transaction methods and types xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay business as per legal regulations.
