Pursuant to Article 50 of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Law on Securities in 2019 stipulating securities trading in Vietnam as follows:

[1] Listed and registered securities are organized for trading in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following 3 methods:

- Centralized order matching: Must ensure trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principle of priority in price and time on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro securities trading system.
Negotiated trading: Is carried out according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro principle that trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro parties involved in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro transaction negotiate and agree on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro transaction contents on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro securities trading system.

- Other trading methods specified in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Securities Trading Regulations of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Vietnam Securities Exchange.

[2] Listed and registered securities may not be traded outside trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro securities trading system organized by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Vietnam Securities Exchange and its subsidiaries, except in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro following cases:

- Transactions that are not of a buying or selling nature.

- Other transactions that cannot be carried out through trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro securities trading system.

[3] trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro organization of trading of new types of securities, changes and application of new trading methods, and commissioning of new trading systems must be approved by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro State Securities Commission.

[5] Detailed regulations on securities trading, securities trading supervision, and cases of transactions that are not of a buying or selling nature, securities transactions that cannot be carried out through trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro securities trading system are implemented by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Minister of Finance.
