d) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái latest annual financial statement which is audited by an accredited audit organization with unqualified opinions or qualified opinions that do not affect xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái eligibility for offering; xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái issuer has explanatory documents and confirmation from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái audit organization about xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái impacts of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái qualified opinions;
dd) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái decision of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái GMS, Board of Members or xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái company’s owner to approve xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái offering of financial products;
e) Obligations to pay for xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái financial products are fulfilled.
