On January 21, 2025, đá bóng trực tiếp Minister of Information and Communications of Vietnam issuedQuyết định 88/QĐ-BTTTT năm 2025regarding the Code of Conduct for the protection of children in đá bóng trực tiếp.
In Article 1 of the Code of Conduct for the protection of children in đá bóng trực tiếp issued together withDecision 88/QD-BTTTT in 2025, it stipulates the purpose of the Code of Conduct for the protection of children in đá bóng trực tiếp as follows:
- To establish language, behavior, and conduct standards for internet users (users in đá bóng trực tiếp) aimed at promoting a safe, healthy, and civilized online environment, contributing to protecting and supporting children in interacting healthily and creatively online.
- To raise societal awareness of đá bóng trực tiếp risks faced by children when engaging in online activities (or in cyberspace). Emphasizing đá bóng trực tiếp role and responsibility of parents, caregivers, teachers, and đá bóng trực tiếp entire society in working together to protect children online.

What is the Code of Conduct for Children in đá bóng trực tiếp in Vietnam?
According to Article 5 of the Code of Conduct for the protection of children in đá bóng trực tiếp issued together withDecision 88/QD-BTTTT in 2025, the code of conduct for children in đá bóng trực tiếp is stipulated as follows:
[1]Learn about risks to children in đá bóng trực tiếp and implement safety measures when participating in online activities through computers, phones, tablets.
[2]Be cautious and alert when participating in online activities and when searching for information on đá bóng trực tiếp Internet.
[3]Communicate and conduct oneself positively, civilizedly, and respectfully towards others online; share safely, healthily, and responsibly with friends.
[4]Seek consent from parents, caregivers before connecting with strangers online.
[5]Share personal relationships, difficulties, or problems encountered online with parents, caregivers, or teachers.
[6]Courageously report and inform đá bóng trực tiếp authorities after encountering or discovering harmful acts against children, risks to children online, or harmful content to children.

Article 56. Conditions for Establishment and Registration of Operations of Child Protection Service Providers
A child protection service provider is established and registered for operation when it meets đá bóng trực tiếp following conditions:
- Having đá bóng trực tiếp mission and purpose of operation for đá bóng trực tiếp best interest of children;
- Having activities aimed at implementing one or more child protection measures as prescribed in Articles 48, 49, and 50 of this Law;
- Having a representative who is a Vietnamese citizen with full civil act capacity, good moral character, knowledge, and understanding about children and child protection, not subject to criminal prosecution, or administrative sanctions regarding child abuse;
- Having physical facilities, equipment, financial resources, and human resources that meet đá bóng trực tiếp objectives, requirements, and scope of activity as regulated by competent state authorities.
