Decree 147/2024/ND-CPtakes effect from December 25, 2024, and applies to domestic and foreign organizations and individuals directly participating or related to vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management, provision, and use of Internet services and online information.

What are Internet public access locations?
Based on Article 3 ofDecree 147/2024/ND-CP:
Article 3. Interpretation of terms
In this Decree, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following terms are understood as follows:

5. Public Internet access location includes:
a) Location where vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Internet agent is legally entitled to use to provide services;
b) Public Internet access location of an enterprise is vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay location where a member unit or individual representative of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enterprise directly manages to provide Internet access services to telecommunications service users;
c) Public Internet access locations at hotels, restaurants, airports, piers, bus stations, cafes, and other public locations are places where organizations or individuals are legally entitled to use to provide Internet access services to telecommunications service users.
- Internet users are organizations or individuals who enter into contracts for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provision and use of telecommunications services with Internet access service providers or public Internet access locations to use applications and services on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Internet.

Thus, a public Internet access location includes:

- Public Internet access location of an enterprise is vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay location where a member unit or individual representative of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay enterprise directly manages to provide Internet access services to telecommunications service users
- Public Internet access locations at hotels, restaurants, airports, piers, bus stations, cafes, and other public locations are places where organizations or individuals are legally entitled to use to provide Internet access services to telecommunications service users.
In which cases can a domain name in Vietnambe revoked?
Based on Clause 16, Article 9 ofDecree 147/2024/ND-CP, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay cases for domain name revocation are stipulated as follows:
(1)Implementing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay request for domain name revocation in decisions, judgments, dispute resolutions of competent authorities, organizations, or at Settlement Agreements according to mediation laws;
(2)Following vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay decision of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Minister of Information and Communications regarding cases of domain name revocation serving national, public interests, economic-social development, defense, security, or incompatible with vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay planning of Internet resources as prescribed in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Telecommunications Law;
(3)Implementing vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay administrative violation sanction decision of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent authority for handling administrative violations in information and communications or other specialized inspections with remedial measures being domain name revocation or applying additional sanctions like confiscation of violating materials, means;
(4)Executing a written request from investigative agencies or competent state agencies according to legal provisions to promptly prevent acts using domain names infringing on national security, order, and social safety;
(5)Applicable to Vietnamese national domain name “.vn” if vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay maintenance fee for using vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Vietnamese national domain name “.vn” is not fully paid within 30 days from vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay due date;
(6)Cases where vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay domain name registration information is inaccurate, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registrant cannot be identified, and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay subject does not update, supplement, or complete vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay information; domain names registered do not conform to management in terms of structure and vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay object of use.
vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay domain name holder is an organization or enterprise that has dissolved, gone bankrupt, no longer exists without a legitimate transfer of usage rights to another entity as prescribed by law; individuals who have passed away without a legitimate transfer of usage rights to another entity according to legal provisions.
