Procedure for Renewal trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Maritime Radio Operator Certificate - Restricted Grade
Legal Basis: Circular 40/2016/TT-BTTTT.
1. Conditions for Renewal:
- Being within the working age as prescribed by the laws trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Vietnam;
- Being in good health;
- Having performed work according to titles corresponding to the maritime radio operator certificate for a total duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at least 01 year within 05 years from the date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro certificate issuance or at least 03 months within 06 months immediately before the certificate expires;
- In cases where the condition is not met: having performed work according to titles corresponding to the maritime radio operator certificate for a total duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro at least 01 year within 05 years from the date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro certificate issuance or at least 03 months within 06 months immediately before the certificate expires, then it is required to participate and meet the requirements trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the graduation exam trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the GMDSS maritime radio system training course appropriate to the certificate class.
- The application for renewal is submitted 12 months before or 03 months after the expiration date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the maritime radio operator certificate.
2. Dossier Components:
- Renewal application for the maritime radio operator certificate as per the regulated form in Appendix IV trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Circular 40/2016/TT-BTTTT;
- Original or certified copy trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the health certificate issued by a medical establishment within 6 months before the application submission date;
- Original maritime radio operator certificate that needs renewal;
- 02 photographs sized 3x4 taken within 06 months before the application submission date (with name, date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro birth, place trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro birth written on the back);
- Certified copy trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the seaman's book or seaman's passport or equivalent document; or
Documentation proving that the graduation exam requirements trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the corresponding level GMDSS maritime radio system training course have been met
3. Implementation Procedures:
- Applications are submitted directly or sent by postal service to the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Information and Communications (Radio Frequency Department) at the address: No. 115 Tran Duy Hung Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.
In case the application does not meet the conditions stipulated in Clause 1, Article 14 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Circular 40/2016/TT-BTTTT, the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Information and Communications (Radio Frequency Department) must issue a notice trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro insufficient conditions to the individual submitting the application within 05 working days.
4. Authority to Issue:Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Information and Communications.
5. Processing Time:10 working days from the date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro receiving a complete application as regulated.
6. Certificate Validity Period:a maximum trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 05 years from the renewal date.
7. Fees:as regulated by the Ministry trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Finance.
