Article 8 of Circular 09/2015/TT-BTTTT provides for the registration of organizing support activities through the Electronic Humanitarian Information Portal as follows:

Agencies trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay need of organizing support activities through Portal 1400 must undertake registration procedures to obtain approval to open Portal 1400 to serve the implementation of a support call. The request to open Portal 1400 will be approved when the following conditions are concurrently and fully met:

- The agency registering to organize support activities through Portal 1400 is:

+ Agencies and organizations stipulated trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Article 4 and Article 5 of Decree No. 64/2008/ND-CP dated May 14, 2008, of the Government of Vietnam regarding mobilizing, receiving, distributing, and using voluntary contributions to support the people trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay overcoming difficulties due to natural disasters, fires, serious incidents, patients with serious diseases with nationwide operation scope as per the law; or

+ Charitable funds stipulated trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Decree No. 30/2012/ND-CP dated April 12, 2012, of the Government of Vietnam regarding the organization and operation of social funds, charitable funds with nationwide operation scope as per the law; or

+ Other cases as regulated by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
