On May 30, 2023, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Circular 03/2023/TT-BTTTT guiding the implementation of a number of information and communication contents trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Subproject 1 and Subproject 2 under the Project 10 of the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the 2021-2030 period, phase I: From 2021 to 2025.

The Ministry of Information and Communications has set two implementation goals as follows:

(1) Objective of external information activities trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

(2) Objective of establishing points to support ethnic minorities trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay applying information technology.

What are activities of the information technology support point for ethnic minorities trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Circular 03/2023/TT-BTTTT stipulating activities of the information technology support points for ethnic minorities trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam

- Support ethnic minorities to apply information technology; access to information on the lines, policies and laws of the Party and State via the internet; use online public services; study, improve knowledge, production skills, economic development, trade, science and technology, culture - society, knowledge about ensuring security and order for ethnic minorities minority.

- Disseminate knowledge, improve digital skills and capacity to access information for people, including the following main contents:

+ Skills trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay exploiting and using mobile applications, digital platforms, online services on the internet;

+ Basic knowledge of network information security and self-protection skills against threats of network information insecurity for individuals;

+ Knowledge and skills to prevent and be wary of fake, untrue information, false and hostile views aimed at ethnic minority areas.

- Other activities to support ethnic minorities trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay line with the objectives of Subproject 10.2 under the Program.

How many basic devices are there at each point to support ethnic minorities and mountainous people trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay applying information technology trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 10 of the Circular 03/2023/TT-BTTTT stipulating 06 basic devices at each point to support ethnic minorities and mountainous people trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay applying information technology trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam as follows:

- Internet TV: 01, connected to the internet;

- Amplifier (Amply): 01;

- Speakers (serving the hall);

- Microphone;

- Computer keyboard (connected to Internet TV);

- Materials and auxiliary equipment for installation.

Note: These devices must ensure the technical configuration specified trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix 1 issued together with Circular 03/2023/TT-BTTTT.

1. Locations to establish support points for ethnic minorities trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay information technology application are communes that fall under the criteria for capital allocation for implementation of Subproject 10.2 as prescribed trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Appendix X Decision No. 39/2021/ Decision-TTg dated December 30, 2021 of the Prime Minister stipulating principles, criteria and norms for allocation of central budget capital and reciprocal capital ratio of local budgets for implementation of the National Target Program Socio-economic development trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay ethnic minority and mountainous areas trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the period of 2021 - 2030, phase I: From 2021 to 2025, including:

a) Extremely difficult communes (zone III communes);

b) Communes not trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay zone III have villages with special difficulties.

2. Number of points to support ethnic minorities trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay information technology application trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the communes mentioned trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Clause 1 of this Article: 01 point for each commune.

3. Basic requirements for information technology application support points for ethnic minorities:

a) Availability of permanent houses and construction infrastructure;

b) Convenient for people to access and use services;

c) Ensure safety and security of people, property and equipment;

d) Having a stable power source.
