What are the basic requirements for information systems and digital platforms serving the operations trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay state agencies in the electronic environment in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 6 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayDecree 137/2024/ND-CP, the basic requirements for information systems and digital platforms serving the operations trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay state agencies in the electronic environment in Vietnaminclude:
- Ensuring compliance with the Architecture Framework trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the E-government trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam and the Ministry and Provincial Architecture Framework- Ensuring the ability to integrate, interconnect, share, and reuse information and data- Ensuring authenticity, reliability, integrity, and the ability to access and use continuously and stably- Allowing verification and validation trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay information and data serving reporting, business interconnection, and other requests from authorities, organizations, and individuals within competence when required- Ensuring the capability to develop, upgrade, and expand according to practical needs- Ensuring safety information security and network security requirements as per laws- Ensuring other requirements according to relevant laws
What requirements must paper documents converted from data messages in Vietnam meet?
According to Article 12 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nayLaw on e-transactions 2023, which governs the conversion between paper documents and data messages:
Article 12. Conversion between paper documents and data messages
- Data messages converted from paper documents must meet the following requirements:
a) Information in the data message is ensured to be as intact as the paper document;
b) Information in the data message must be accessible and usable for reference;
c) Have a distinct mark confirming the conversion from paper document to data message and information trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the agency, organization, or individual performing the conversion;
d) In case the paper document is a license, certificate, or other permit, the conversion must meet the requirements specified in points a, b, and c trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay this clause and must have the digital signature trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the agency or organization performing the conversion, unless otherwise provided by the law. The information system serving the conversion must have the feature to convert from paper document to data message.

The information system serving the conversion must have the feature to convert from data message to paper document.
