2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or enterprise must submit a set of documents requesting trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay modification of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Public Security, according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regulations stated in point a, Clause 2, Article 24 of this Decree. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application file for adjustment or modification of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate includes:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application form for issuance, replacement, or modification of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services, according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay XT02 template attached to this Decree.

b) Valid legal documents or materials proving trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay changes in information as specified in Clause 1 of this Article.

3. In case trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or enterprise changes any of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay information regarding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay legal representative, registered address, or trading name, within 10 days from trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of receiving a complete and valid application file, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Public Security is responsible for evaluating and issuing trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay modified certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization or enterprise that meets trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements. Based on Article 26 of Decree 69/2024/ND-CP, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revocation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services is stipulated as follows:

Revocation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services

1. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization providing electronic authentication services shall have trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services revoked in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization does not operate continuously for a period of 6 months or more.

b) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization is dissolved or declared bankrupt according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law.

c) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization fails to rectify violations regarding trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay protection of personal data, information security, and cybersecurity as required by trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay competent state authority.

2. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Public Security shall issue a decision on trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay revocation of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay XT04 template attached to this Decree.

3. trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization providing electronic authentication services whose certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services is revoked shall be responsible for ensuring trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lawful rights and interests of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay electronic identity subject and related parties according to trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law.

As regulated above, trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay certificate confirming eligibility for conducting electronic authentication services shall be revoked in trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following cases:

- trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization does not operate continuously for a period of 6 months or more.
