The investment registration dossier comprises documents stipulated in points a, b, c, d, đ, g, and h trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Clause 1, Article 33 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro this Law, in which the document proposing the implementation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the investment project includes commitments to meet conditions, standards, and norms as prescribed by law on construction, environmental protection, fire prevention, and firefighting; the proposed investment project includes identification, prediction trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro environmental impacts, and mitigation measures to substitute preliminary environmental impact assessment.

The special investment registration dossier includes the following documents:

- A document proposing the implementation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the investment project, including commitments to bear all costs and risks if the project is not approved.

- Documents regarding the legal status trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the investor.

- Documents proving the financial capacity trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the investor include at least one trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the following: the investor's financial statements for the past 2 years; a commitment to financial support from the parent company; a commitment to financial support from a financial institution; a guarantee trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the investor's financial capacity; other documents proving the investor's financial capacity.

- The proposed investment project comprises main contents as follows: the investor or forms trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro investor selection, investment objectives, investment scale, investment capital and capital mobilization plan, location, duration, implementation schedule, information on the current land use status at the project implementation site, and proposed land use needs (if any), labor needs, proposed investment incentives, impact, socio-economic effectiveness trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the project, preliminary environmental impact assessment (if any) as prescribed by environmental protection law.

In cases where construction law requires a pre-feasibility study report, the investor may submit the pre-feasibility study report instead trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the proposed investment project;

- In the case where the investment project does not request the State to allocate land, lease land, or permit land use purpose conversion, a copy trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the land use right certificate or other documents determining the land use right for project implementation is submitted.

- The BCC contract for investment projects in the form trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro a BCC contract.

- Other documents related to the investment project, requirements on conditions, and capacity trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the investor as prescribed by law (if any).

What forms trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro special investment support are implemented in Vietnam?

Based on Article 20 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro theInvestment Law 2020regulating special investment incentives and support:

Article 20. Special Investment Incentives and Support

1. The Government trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Vietnam decides on the application trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro special investment incentives and support to encourage the development trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro certain investment projects with significant impacts on socio-economic development.

2. The subjects trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the special investment incentives and support stipulated in Clause 1 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro this Article include:

a) New establishment investment projects (including the expansion trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro such new establishment projects) trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro innovation centers, research and development centers with total investment capital from 3,000 billion VND or more, disbursing at least 1,000 billion VND within 3 years from the date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro issuance trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Investment Registration Certificate or approval trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro investment policy; national innovation centers established by decision trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Prime Minister trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Government trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro Vietnam;

b) Investment projects in particularly incentivized investment sectors with an investment capital scale trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 30,000 billion VND or more, disbursing at least 10,000 billion VND within 3 years from the date trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro issuance trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Investment Registration Certificate or approval trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro investment policy.

3. The level trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro incentives and the duration trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro special incentives shall comply with the regulations trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Corporate Income Tax Law and land laws.

4. Special investment support is implemented in the forms prescribed in Clause 1, Article 18 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro this Law.

According to the above regulations, special investment support is implemented in the following forms:

- Support for the development trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro technical and social infrastructure systems within and outside the investment project boundary.

- Support for training, development trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro human resources.

- Credit support.

- Support for access to production and business premises; support for relocation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro production and business establishments as decided by state agencies.

- Support for science, technology, and technology transfer.

- Support for market development and information provision.

- Support for research and development.
