Legal Basis:- Construction Law 2014; Decree 15/2021/ND-CP; Decree 100/2018/ND-CP; Circular 38/2022/TT-BTC; Amended Construction Law 2020.

According to the current legal regulations, foreign individuals or overseas Vietnamese who already hold a project management practice certificate issued by a foreign agency or organization, if practicing project management xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam for less than 06 months, are recognized as practitioners. If an individual practices project management xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam for 06 months or more, they must convert the project management practice certificate at the competent authority according to the law.

The process and procedure for converting the Project Management Practice Certificate are implemented specifically as follows:

1. Conditions for conversion:

Foreign individuals or overseas Vietnamese who already hold a project management practice certificate issued by a foreign agency or organization, if practicing project management xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam for 06 months or more, must convert the project management practice certificate at the competent authority according to the law.

2. Conversion dossier:

Includes:

- Application form for converting the project management practice certificate, 02 color photos of 4 x 6 cm size with white background taken within the last 06 months;

- Copy of the diploma, project management practice certificate issued by a foreign agency or organization that has been legalized, translated into Vietnamese, and notarized or authenticated according to Vietnamese law;

- Certified copy or digital file containing color images taken from the original or copy, present the original for comparison of legal documents on residence or work permit issued by the competent authority of Vietnam according to the law.

3. Process for converting the Project Management Practice Certificate

- The individual sends 01 set of documents requesting the conversion of the Project Management Practice Certificate online, via postal mail, or directly at the competent authority for issuing the Project Management Practice Certificate.

- Within 25 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier, the competent authority is responsible for issuing the Project Management Practice Certificate;

4. Conversion authority:

- Grade I: Specialized construction agency under the Ministry of Construction.

- Grade II, Grade III: Department of Construction; Or a recognized social-professional organization that is qualified to issue Construction Practice Certificates to its members.

5. Processing time:25 days from the date of receiving a complete and valid dossier.

6. Conversion fee:150,000 (One hundred and fifty thousand) VND/certificate.

7. Certificate validity period:The validity is determined based on the period stated xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the work permit or temporary residence card issued by the competent authority but does not exceed 05 years.
