Qualifications and experience requirements for expert teams and appraisal teams:

1. Members trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro expert teams and appraisal teams must meet the following requirements:

a) Possess a professional certificate in bidding, except in cases specified in clauses 2 and 3 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro this Article.

b) Have a university degree or higher.

c) Have full legal capacity as defined by the law and not be subject to criminal liability.

d) Have a minimum trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro 3 years trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro work experience in one trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the fields related to the legal, technical, or financial aspects trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the bidding package: experience or engagement in technical aspects mentioned in the invitation dossier, prequalification dossier, bidding dossier, or requirements dossier, or work related to finance or legal matters.

2. Individuals performing overall assessment trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contractor selection plans and contractor selection plans according to assigned tasks (excluding bidding consultancy) are not required to possess a professional certificate in bidding.

What contents shall the appraisal team inspect and consider the compliance with laws in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 4 Article 19 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the Law on Bidding in 2023 stipulating appraising team:

Expert team, appraising team

1. An expert team consists trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro capable and experienced individuals who are selected or assigned by the employer or bidding consultant (in case trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro contractor selection) or the procuring entity (in case trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro investor selection) to perform one or some trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the following tasks: preparation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro EOI request, prequalification document, bidding documents or RFP; evaluation trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro EOIs, prequalification applications, bids, proposals or applications for execution trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro investment project; other tasks during the contractor/investor selection process.

2. An appraising team consists trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro capable and experienced individuals who are selected or assigned by the competent person, employer or bidding consultant to inspect and consider the compliance with laws and regulations by one or all trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the following contents:contractor selection master plan, contractor selection plan; EOI request, prequalification document, bidding documents or RFP and EOI selection result, prequalification result, and contractor/investor selection result.

3. In order to become a member trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the expert team or appraising team, an individual shall have at least 03 years’ experience in any field relevant to legal, technical or financial contents trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the package or investment project.

4. The Government shall elaborate capacity and experience requirements to be satisfied by members trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro the expert team and appraising team.

As regulations above, the appraisal team shall inspect and consider the compliance with laws in Vietnam the following contents:

- Contractor selection master plan, contractor selection plan;

- EOI request, prequalification document, bidding documents or RFP and EOI selection result, prequalification result, and contractor/investor selection result.
