Pursuant to Article 6 of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Circular 05/2024/TT-BKHDT stipulating vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time limit for payment of fees for participating in bidding activities:

Payment of fees

1. Regarding fee for maintaining name and capacity profile of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bidder or investor on VNEPS:

a) This fee must be paid by April 01 each year (except vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year in which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registration is made on VNEPS); if vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay account of a bidder or investor on VNEPS is locked for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entire year (from January 01 to December 31 of a year), vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bidder or investor must not pay this fee. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee paid for 2024 must be paid by July 01, 2024;

b) If a bidder or investor pays vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee for maintaining their name and capacity profile on VNEPS for multiple years (up to 05 years), vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee paid will be gradually deducted for each year. During vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay period for which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee has been fully paid, if vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay account of a bidder or investor on VNEPS is locked for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entire year (from January 01 to December 31 of a year), vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay remaining amount of fee paid shall be reserved and deducted for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay following years after vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bidder or investor's account on VNEPS is unlocked;

c) If a bidder is also an investor, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee for maintaining name and capacity profile on VNEPS shall only be paid in vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay name of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bidder.

2. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee for bid submission must be paid within 14 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bid opening date.

3. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay fee paid by a winning bidder must be paid within 30 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day on which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contractor selection result is published on VNEPS. vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay winning bidder that refuses to sign a contract shall notify vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National E-Procurement Centre and e-GP project enterprise within 30 days from vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay day on which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contractor selection result is published on VNEPS so that vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay e-GP project enterprise will return vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay collected fee to vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bidder.

As regulated above, vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay time limit for payment of fees for participating in bidding activities in 2024 in Vietnam is before 01/7/2024.

From 2025, this fee must be paid by April 01 each year (except vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay year in which vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay registration is made on VNEPS).

If vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay account of a bidder or investor on VNEPS is locked for vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay entire year (from January 01 to December 31 of a year), vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay bidder or investor must not pay this fee.

- vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National E-Procurement Centre shall make annual statement of revenues and expenses using vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay form in Appendix II of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Circular 05/2024/TT-BKHDT, and include such expenses in operating expenses of vtv2 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Public Procurement Agency.
