Lawyer Vocational Training

1. Individuals with a Bachelor of Law degree can participate in lawyer vocational training courses at lawyer vocational training institutions.

Individuals who complete bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer vocational training program will be granted a lawyer vocational training graduation certificate by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer vocational training institution.

3. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam stipulates regulations on lawyer vocational training institutions.

4. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Minister of Justice sets bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer vocational training framework program, including bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp recognition of foreign lawyer vocational training.

In addition, according to Clause 1, Article 17 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Lawyer Law 2006 (amended by Clause 8, Article 1 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Amended Lawyer Law 2012) regarding bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp issuance of Lawyer Practice Certificates:

Issuance of Lawyer Practice Certificates

1. Individuals who meet bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp results of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer practice internship examination and have an application dossier for granting a Lawyer Practice Certificate shall submit it to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Bar Association Executive Board.

a) Application for granting a Lawyer Practice Certificate according to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp form prescribed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Justice;

b) Judicial background check certificate;

d) Certified copy of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Bachelor of Law degree or Master's degree in Law;

dd) Certified copy of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer practice internship examination results certificate.

Within seven working days from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp receipt of a complete and valid dossier, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Bar Association Executive Board shall forward bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp dossier to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Department of Justice along with a confirmation that bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp applicant for bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Lawyer Practice Certificate meets bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer standards as prescribed by this Law.

Thus, after completing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer vocational training course, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp trainee will not immediately be granted a Lawyer Practice Certificate but will be provided a Lawyer Vocational Training Graduation Certificate.

To be granted bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Lawyer Practice Certificate, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp trainee must then participate in a lawyer practice internship at a law practice organization. After completing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp internship and passing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer practice internship examination, they can submit an application for issuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Lawyer Practice Certificate.

Who is exempt from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer practice internship in Vietnam?

In accordance with Article 16 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Lawyer Law 2006 (amended by Clause 7, Article 1 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Amended Lawyer Law 2012) regarding exemptions and reductions in lawyer practice internship duration:

Persons Exempted from Lawyer Practice Internship

1. Those who are judges, senior prosecutors, intermediate prosecutors, senior investigators, intermediate investigators, professors, associate professors of law, doctors of law, senior court examiners, senior procurators, senior specialists, senior researchers, senior lecturers in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp field of law are exempted from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer practice internship.

2. Those who are junior investigators, principal court examiners, principal procurators, principal specialists, principal researchers, principal lecturers in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp field of law are entitled to a two-thirds reduction in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer practice internship duration.

3. Those who have over ten years of experience working in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp grades of specialists, researchers, lecturers in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp field of law, court examiners, or procurators are entitled to a half reduction in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer practice internship duration.

Therefore, those exempt from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp lawyer practice internship include:

- Judges;

- Senior prosecutors, intermediate prosecutors, senior investigators, intermediate investigators;

- Professors, associate professors of law, doctors of law;
