Article 8 of the Law on Cooperatives 2023 stipulates 7 principles of organization, management, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp operation of cooperatives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp unions of cooperatives as follows:

- Voluntary participation bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp expansion of member admission.- Democracy bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp equality in organization bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp management.- Responsibility for participating in the economic activities of cooperative members bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp union of cooperative members.- Autonomy bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp self-responsibility.- Emphasis on education, training, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp information.- Strengthening cooperation bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp linkages.- Attention to community development.

Are cooperatives allowed to contribute capital bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purchase shares to participate in enterprises?

According to Article 82 of the Law on Cooperatives 2023, the regulations on capital contribution bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp share purchase to participate in enterprises are as follows:

Capital Contribution bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Share Purchase to Participate in Enterprises

1. Cooperatives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp unions of cooperatives are allowed to contribute capital bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purchase shares to participate in enterprises, except for enterprises that are already official members or associate members contributing capital to the cooperative or union of cooperatives for the purpose of supporting activities, links, consumption, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp utilization of products bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp services of the cooperative or union of cooperatives.

2. Cooperatives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp unions of cooperatives exercise their rights bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp duties as members bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp shareholders of the enterprise in accordance with the law on enterprises bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp related laws.

3. Enterprises are allowed to contribute capital bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purchase shares but cannot become official members or associate members contributing capital to those cooperatives or unions of cooperatives.

4. The contribution of capital bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purchase of shares to participate in enterprises by cooperatives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp unions of cooperatives must ensure the following regulations:

a) Approved by the General Assembly of Members;

b) Not using funds belonging to the indivisible common fund bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp indivisible common assets to contribute capital bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purchase shares to participate in enterprises.

5. The Government of Vietnam stipulates the conditions for capital contribution bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp share purchase to participate in enterprises.

Thus, cooperatives are still allowed to contribute capital bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purchase shares to participate in enterprises, except in cases where the enterprise is already an official member or associate member contributing capital to the cooperative or union of cooperatives for the purpose of supporting activities, links, consumption, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp utilization of products bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp services of the cooperative or union of cooperatives.

Note: The contribution of capital bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp purchase of shares to participate in enterprises by cooperatives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp unions of cooperatives must ensure the following regulations:

What are the rights of cooperatives?

Article 9 of the Law on Cooperatives 2023 stipulates the rights of cooperatives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp unions of cooperatives as follows:

- Organize bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp effectively implement the set objectives bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp targets.- Decide on the organization, management, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp operation of the cooperative or union of cooperatives; hire bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use labor.- Engage in business bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp production activities in industries bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp trades that are not prohibited by law.- Request members to register their needs for products bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp services to develop bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp implement plans for the supply bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp consumption of products bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp services for members.- Provide products bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp services externally after fulfilling obligations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp ensuring the interests of members according to the Charter or relevant laws.- Provide services bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp organize economic, social, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cultural activities for the purpose of caring for the lives of members, the community, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp sustainable development.- Participate in the implementation of policies, programs, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp projects for economic, cultural, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp social development; ensure political security, social order bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp safety, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp environmental protection in the community.- Admit new members bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp terminate membership according to the provisions of cooperative law.- Increase or decrease charter capital during operation.- Raise capital according to legal regulations.- Provide internal loans according to the law.- Monitor separate revenue bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cost items for internal bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp external transactions.- Jointly venture bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp cooperate with organizations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp individuals domestically bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp internationally to achieve the operational objectives of the cooperative or union of cooperatives.- Contribute capital, purchase shares, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp establish enterprises to support the operation of the cooperative or union of cooperatives.- Implement income distribution bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp handle cooperative or union of cooperative losses bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp debts.- Participate in representative organizations of cooperatives or unions of cooperatives.- Lodge complaints bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp denunciations against acts violating the legal rights bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp interests of the cooperative or union of cooperatives in accordance with the law; resolve internal disputes bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp handle violating members as prescribed by the Charter.- Other rights according to legal regulations bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp the Charter of the cooperative.
