Based on Article 4 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTstipulating the cases where extra classes is not allowed to be organized:

Article 4. Cases where extra classes cannot be organized

1. Extra classes for primary school students is not organized, except xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the following cases: training xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 arts, physical education and sports, life skills training.

2. Teachers currently teaching at schools are not allowed to provide extra classes outside the school for a fee to the students that they are assigned to teach according to the school’s educational plan.

3. Teachers from public schools are not permitted to participate xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the management or operation of extra classes outside the school, but they may participate xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 extra classes outside the school.

Hence, from February 14, 2025, organizing extra classes for primary school students is strictly prohibited, except xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the following cases:

- Training xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 arts

- Physical education and sports

- Life skills training

Based on Article 5 ofCircular 29/2024/TT-BGDDTregulating extra classes and learning xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the school:

Article 5. extra classes and learning xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the school

1. Extra classesin the school is conducted without charging students and is only for students registering for extra classes xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the following subjects:

a) Students whose academic performance xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 a subject xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the previous semester was not satisfactory;

b) Students selected by the school for fostering student excellence;

c) Final-year students voluntarily registering for entrance exam preparation, graduation exam preparation according to the school’s educational plan.

2. The school organizes for students as specified xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Clause 1 of this Article to write applications for extra classes by subject for each grade (according to Form No. 01 xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 the Appendix attached to this Circular).

3. Based on the number of students registered, the school formulates a plan to organize extra classes for each subject xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 each grade.

4. The arrangement of classes, timetable setting, and organization of extra classes and learning must ensure the following requirements:

a) Extra classes are arranged by subject for each grade; each class has no more than 45 (forty-five) students;

b) Extra classes hours are not scheduled xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 conjunction with the regular timetable and do not cover content xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 advance of the teaching schedule according to the school’s educational program;

c) Each subject is organized for extra classes for no more than 2 (two) periods per week.
