According to Clause 2, Article 7 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Higher Education Law 2012(amended by Clause 4, Article 1 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2Amended Higher Education Law 2018), higher education institutions are organized into xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following types:

[1]Public higher education institutions, which are state-invested and ensure operational conditions.

[2]Private higher education institutions, which are invested by domestic or foreign investors and ensure operational conditions.

Article 5. Objectives of Higher Education

1. General objectives:

a) Educate manpower, raise national intellect, nurture talents; conduct scientific and technological research to create knowledge and new products, serving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirements of socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security, and international integration;
