Based on Article 14 of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Regulation on lower and upper secondary school admissions issued along withCircular 30/2024/TT-BGDDTondirect admission and priority policies for upper secondary school admissions:
Article 14. Direct admission and priority policies for upper secondary school admissions
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp following entities are eligible for direct admission to upper secondary school:
a) Students from ethnic boarding schools at kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lower secondary level.
b) Students who are members of very small ethnic minority groups.
c) Students with disabilities.
d) Lower secondary school students who win national prizes organized by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training or in cooperation with other Ministries and equivalent agencies for nationwide competitions, exams, festivals (hereafter referred to as competitions) in culture, arts, sports, science, and technology research competitions.
dd) Lower secondary school students who win international competitions for which kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp selection is decided by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Minister of Education and Training.
- Entities eligible for additional priority points
Priority points are added to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp total admission score calculated on a scale of 10 (ten) for each test subject. Group 1: receives 2.0 points; Group 2 receives 1.5 points; Group 3 receives 1.0 point.

Article 13. Organization of Entrance Exams
- Exam Subjects, Exam Papers
a) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of exam subjects, exam papers includes: Mathematics, Literature, and one additional subject or paper from one of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp two options chosen by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Department of Education and Training:
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third subject selected from subjects evaluated by scores in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lower secondary education curriculum, ensuring not to choose kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp same third subject for more than three consecutive years;
- kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third paper is a composite exam containing several subjects selected from those evaluated by scores in kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lower secondary education curriculum.
For upper secondary schools under kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, university departments, and research institutes with independent entrance exams, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third subject or exam paper is chosen directly by kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Ministry of Education and Training, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp university, or kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp institute managing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp exams.
b) kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third subject or paper is announced after semester I ends but no later than March 31 each year.
c) Testing time: Literature: 120 minutes; Mathematics: 90 or 120 minutes; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third subject: 60 or 90 minutes; kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third paper: 90 or 120 minutes.
d) Exam content is within kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp lower secondary education curriculum, primarily from grade 9.

- Constructing and submitting to kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provincial People's Committee kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp decision to establish kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp upper secondary school Admissions Steering Committee and approving kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp upper secondary school admissions plan within their management scope.
- For Departments of Education and Training conducting their exams:
+ Specifically regulating kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp procedures for setting exam questions, conducting exams, scoring, and re-evaluating exam papers.
+ Organizing kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp selection of kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp third subject or paper and conducting exams as per regulations.
- Guiding educational divisions, upper secondary schools within their management scope to carry out lower and upper secondary school admissions.
