a) Advising, proposing, recommending policies on planning, investment plans for building, and developing road traffic light systems suitable to traffic organization and infrastructure; effectively operating and exploiting vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay devices of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay road traffic light system, and researching vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay application of intelligent traffic control;
