Pursuant to Article 10 ofLaw on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024on general rules:
Article 10. General rules
- Road traffic participants must travel on the right side according to their direction, follow the correct lane and road section regulations, comply with road signals, and adhere to other road traffic rules.
- Drivers and passengers đá bóng trực tiếp cars must fasten their seat belts at positions equipped with seat belts when participating đá bóng trực tiếp road traffic.
- When transporting children under 10 years old and less than 1.35 meters đá bóng trực tiếp height đá bóng trực tiếp a car, the child must not sit đá bóng trực tiếp the same row of seats as the driver, except for cars with only one row of seats. The driver must use and instruct on using appropriate child safety devices.
According to the above regulations, drivers and passengers đá bóng trực tiếp cars are required to fasten their seat belts at positions equipped with seat belts when participating đá bóng trực tiếp road traffic.

Pursuant to Article 46 ofLaw on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024on ensuring road traffic order and safety for cars transporting preschool children and students:
Article 46. Ensuring road traffic order and safety for cars transporting preschool children and students
- Cars providing transportation services for preschool children and students must meet the following requirements:
