Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 6 ofDecree 168/2024/ND-CPon penalties, including point deductions from đá bóng trực tiếp driver license of operators of automobiles, four-wheeled motor passenger vehicles, four-wheeled motor cargo vehicles, and similar types of vehicles violating road traffic regulations:
Article 6. Penalties and point deductions from đá bóng trực tiếp driver license of operators of automobiles, four-wheeled motor passenger vehicles, four-wheeled motor cargo vehicles, and similar types of vehicles violating road traffic regulations

- A fine ranging from 600,000 VND to 800,000 VND is imposed on operators of vehicles committing one of đá bóng trực tiếp following violations:
a) Changing lanes at unauthorized locations or without prior signaling, or changing lanes contrary to đá bóng trực tiếp requirement "each lane change is permitted only to an adjacent lane," except violations specified at Point g Clause 5 of this Article;
b) Carrying passengers in đá bóng trực tiếp cab exceeding đá bóng trực tiếp prescribed limit;
c) Failing to comply with regulations on yielding at intersections, except violations specified at Points n and o Clause 5 of this Article;
d) Stopping or parking đá bóng trực tiếp vehicle on đá bóng trực tiếp carriageway in non-urban areas where there is a wide road shoulder; stopping or parking not close to đá bóng trực tiếp right-hand side edge of đá bóng trực tiếp road in places with a narrow road shoulder or without a shoulder; stopping or parking against đá bóng trực tiếp traffic flow direction of đá bóng trực tiếp lane; stopping or parking on đá bóng trực tiếp fixed median strip between two roadway sections; parking on a slope without wheel chocks;

Article 18. Stopping and Parking of Vehicles
- Stopping is đá bóng trực tiếp temporary stationary state of a vehicle for a necessary duration sufficient for passengers to board, disembark, load, unload goods, perform technical inspections, or other activities. When stopping a vehicle, đá bóng trực tiếp engine should not be turned off and đá bóng trực tiếp driver should not leave đá bóng trực tiếp driving position, except to close or open đá bóng trực tiếp vehicle door, load or unload goods, or perform technical inspections, but must use đá bóng trực tiếp parking brake or take other safety measures.
- Parking is đá bóng trực tiếp stationary state of a vehicle without time limitation. When parking, đá bóng trực tiếp operator must use đá bóng trực tiếp parking brake or take other safety measures. On slopes, đá bóng trực tiếp wheels must be steered towards đá bóng trực tiếp road shoulder, with wheel chocks in place.
- Operators of road traffic vehicles, when stopping or parking on roads, must comply with đá bóng trực tiếp following regulations:
a) Signal to inform other road traffic participants when entering or exiting đá bóng trực tiếp stopping or parking position;
b) Avoid affecting pedestrians and other road traffic vehicles.

Article 19. Opening Vehicle Doors
- Vehicle doors may only be opened when đá bóng trực tiếp vehicle is stopped or parked.
- Before opening a vehicle door, đá bóng trực tiếp person opening đá bóng trực tiếp door must observe đá bóng trực tiếp front, rear, and đá bóng trực tiếp side đá bóng trực tiếp door is on and only open đá bóng trực tiếp door when it is safe to do so; đá bóng trực tiếp door should not remain open if safety cannot be ensured.
