Pursuant to Article 8 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nayTrade Union Law 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay organizational structure of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam Trade Union is regulated as follows:
Article 8. Organizational Structure of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam Trade Union
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam Trade Union is a unified organization comprising four levels as follows:
a) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay central level is trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
b) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay provincial level, central sector, and equivalent trade unions include trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay labor federations of provinces and centrally run cities (hereinafter referred to as trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay provincial labor federation); central sector trade unions; economic group trade unions, corporation trade unions under trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
c) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay level directly above trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay grassroots level includes district, district-level town, city in provinces, and centrally run city labor federations (hereinafter referred to as district labor federation); local sector trade unions; economic group trade unions, corporation trade unions not covered under point b of this clause; trade unions of industrial zones, export processing zones, economic zones, high-tech zones; other direct-level trade unions according to trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Charter of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam Trade Union.
d) trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay grassroots level trade unions include grassroots trade unions, grassroots unions.

Pursuant to Article 21 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nayTrade Union Law 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay rights of trade union members are regulated as follows:
- Request trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union to represent and protect legal and legitimate rights and interests when infringed.
- Be informed, discuss, propose, and vote on trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union's work.
- Be propagated and informed about trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Party’s policies, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay State’s laws related to trade unions, workers, and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union’s regulations.
- Run for election, nominate, and vote for trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay leadership of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union according to this Law and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Charter of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam Trade Union.
- Question trade union leaders at all levels, propose disciplinary actions for trade union officials who violate regulations under trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Charter of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam Trade Union.
- Receive free legal support from trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union on trade union law, labor, employment, social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance, occupational safety and hygiene, officials and public employees.
- Be counseled, guided, and supported by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union in finding jobs, vocational training, improving professional qualifications, occupational skills; receive visits, assistance when sick, maternity leave, difficulty, accident, and enjoy other welfare activities carried out by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union.
- Participate in cultural, sports activities, sightseeing, tours organized or coordinated by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union.
- Propose trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Trade Union to recommend policies, laws concerning workers to agencies, organizations, units, enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions.
- Enjoy social housing rental policies by trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
- Be commended and rewarded for achievements in labor, production, and trade union activities.
- Other rights according to relevant laws and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Charter of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Vietnam Trade Union.
