1. 2. 3. Where necessary (to meet production and market demands or perform occasional tasks or prevent and take remedial actions against natural disasters and pests), xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development shall approve addition of some projects that are not included in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái central agricultural extension program.

7. Commitment to contribution of reciprocal capital (if any).

What are regulations on receipt and verification of validity of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái central agricultural extension project dossier in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 17 of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Decree 83/2018/NĐ-CP stipulating receipt and verification of validity of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái central agricultural extension project dossier in Vietnam as follows:

1. Receipt of dossiers

a) Within 30 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date on which xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái list of projects is published, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái applicant for registration as an presiding organization/project leader shall prepare a project dossier prescribed in Article 16 of this Decree and submit 01 set of dossier (original) to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority (in person or by post);

b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date of receipt is xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái date specified in postage stamp (in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case of submission of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier by post) or date stamp of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority (in xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái case of submission of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái dossier in person).

2. Within 07 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái expiry date of submission of dossiers, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority shall open, inspect and verify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái validity of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application for registration.

a) Participants include representatives of relevant authorities affiliated to xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Representatives of xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái applicants shall be invited;

b) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái valid application that will be considered and assessed is xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application that is prepared using xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái forms specified in Article 16, satisfies xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái criteria specified in Article 14 and is submitted within xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái time limit specified in Clause 1 of this Article;

c) Regarding xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái invalid application, xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái receiving authority shall notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái organization/individual in writing within 05 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái end of opening and inspecting xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application.

d) xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái application opening result shall be made into a record as prescribed.
