What are regulations on veterinary hygiene and food safety supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animals and animal products used as food in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 13 Article 1 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Circular 10/2022/TT-BNNPTNT stipulating as follows:

1. Subjects kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supervision:

a) Animals subject to slaughter;

b) Meat and meat products at slaughterhouses and business establishments;

c) Fresh milk, bee’s honey, salanganes nest at raising, collecting, preparing, processing, storing and trading establishments;

d) Imported animal products used as food;

dd) Other animal products used as food, on request.

2. Formulation kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supervision plans and contents:

a) Plan for and content kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animal products for import and export: Every year, the Department kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Animal Health shall preside over formulating supervision plan and contents, submit them to the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Agriculture and Rural development for and provision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp funding for implementation thereof; report the results kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supervision and analysis kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp samples and the implementation plan in the next year to the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Agriculture and Rural Development; issue written notification to the competent authorities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the importing country kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animal products upon request; issue a written notification to the competent veterinary authority kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the exporting country, request investigation kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the cause and corrective actions and send a report to the Department kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Animal Health if the supervised sample fails to ensure food safety according to regulations kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Vietnam;

b) Plans and contents kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animal products that serve domestic consumption: Every year, the provincial veterinary authorities shall make the plans and contents kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supervision and submit to the competent authorities under the provincial People’s Committees for approval for such plans and contents and provision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the funding for the implementation thereof. The provincial veterinary authorities shall cooperate with relevant units in implementation kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the approved plans;

c) Collection kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp samples and funding for the analysis kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp such samples: The Department kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Animal Health shall collect samples that serve the examination pertaining to microbiological contamination and analysis kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp toxic residues in animal products according to the plans which have been approved and funded by the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Agriculture and Rural development;

The provincial veterinary authorities shall collect samples that serve the examination pertaining to microbiological contamination and analysis kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp toxic residues in animal products according to the plans which have been approved and funded by the provincial People’s Committees;

If the establishments in the approved plan for supervision have the supervision samples that fail to meet the requirements under applicable regulations or the establishments voluntarily apply for supervision or carry out supervision at the request kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the importing country, the owner shall pay the costs kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp analysis kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the samples.

d) The inspection and supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp bee’s honey shall comply with the regulations kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Ministry kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Agriculture and Rural Development on inspection and supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp veterinary hygiene and food safety for bee’s honey.

3. Veterinary hygiene and food safety supervision shall be carried out as follows:

a) The veterinary hygiene and food safety supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animals, animal products used as the imported food shall be carried out together with the quarantine;

b) The veterinary hygiene and food safety supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animals, animal products used as the exported food, transported out kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp a province shall be carried out together with the site supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp veterinary hygiene specified in Clause 2 Article 38 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp this Circular.

What are responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provincial veterinary authorities regarding veterinary hygiene inspection in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Clause 2 Article 41 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Circular 09/2016/TT-BNNPTNT (supplemented by Clause 14 Article 1 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Circular 10/2022/TT-BNNPTNT) stipulating responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provincial veterinary authorities regarding veterinary hygiene inspection in Vietnam as follows:

a) Formulate and implement annual supervision programs applicable to entities specified in points a, b and d clause 1 Article 40 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp this Circular;

b) Analyze hazards kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animals and animal products; trace the origine kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animals and animal products unconformable to veterinary hygiene in local areas;

c) Comply with regulations in clauses 1, 2, 3 and 5 Article 75 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Law on veterinary medicine;

d) Provide professional trainings for persons in charge kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp slaughter inspection under management.

dd) The veterinary staff who is assigned by the competent authority to inspect veterinary hygiene in slaughterhouses and control animal slaughter according to regulations kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp this Circular shall be trained in veterinary or animal husbandry at intermediate level or higher; trained and issued with certificate kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp technical training in control kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animal slaughter.

What are responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp People’s Committees at all levels regarding veterinary hygiene inspection in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 42 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Circular 09/2016/TT-BNNPTNT stipulating responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp People’s Committees at all levels regarding veterinary hygiene inspection in Vietnam as follows:

1. Responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp People's Committees kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp provinces: Comply with regulations in clause 1 Article 76 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Law on veterinary medicine.

2. Responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp People's Committees kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp districts: Comply with regulations in clause 2 Article 76 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Law on veterinary medicine.

3. Responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp People's Committees kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp communes: Comply with regulations in clause 3 Article 76 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Law on veterinary medicine.

What are responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp relevant organizations and individuals regarding veterinary hygiene inspection in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 43 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Circular 09/2016/TT-BNNPTNT stipulating responsibilities kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp relevant organizations and individuals regarding veterinary hygiene inspection in Vietnam as follows:

1. Submit to the management and supervision kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp competent veterinary authorities.

2. Record and retain information serving the trace kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp origin kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp animals and animal products according to regulations in clause 2 Article 77 kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp the Law on veterinary medicine.
