Pursuant to Article 29 of Circular 15/2016/TT-BKHCN stipulating responsibilities of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization in charge of applied research projects funded by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Foundation for Science and Technology Development in Vietnam as follows:

1. Responsibilities of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization in charge of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic:

a) Support and create conditions for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project leader to complete lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay funding application; coordinate with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project manager to sign a contract to implement lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Fund's operating agency;

b) Create favorable conditions for procedures; provide adequate facilities, techniques and human resources under lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contract for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay research team to effectively implement lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project;

c) Receive and support lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project manager in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management, use, payment and settlement of funds sponsored by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Fund in accordance with regulations; confirm lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay progress of implementation and use of project funds, ensure documents and documents before lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Fund and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay State's functional agencies;

d) Provide sufficient information to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Fund and other relevant agencies in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay supervision, inspection and inspection of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic. e) Register and archive research results at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Bureau of Science and Technology Information, Ministry of Science and Technology according to regulations;

g) Implement lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay announcement, registration for protection of intellectual property rights for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic according to regulations. Organize and manage, exploit lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay results of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project and enjoy benefits from these activities according to regulations.

2. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay lead organization that violates lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay provisions of Clause 1 of this Article shall not be registered as lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay host organization of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topics funded by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Fund for a period of 01 (one) year from lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay date of conclusion of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authorities.

What are responsibilities of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chairperson and participants in applied research projects funded by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Foundation for Science and Technology Development in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 30 of Circular 15/2016/TT-BKHCN stipulating responsibilities of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay chairperson and participants in applied research projects funded by lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Foundation for Science and Technology Development in Vietnam as follows:

1. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic manager is responsible for:

a) Organize lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay signed contract;

b) Use funds for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay right purposes, according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay regime, effectively according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contract's contents; make payment and finalization of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project's funding in accordance with current regulations;

c) Inspect and urge organizations and individuals to cooperate in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project under lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contract. Make reports on lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay research situation, implementation of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project, use of funds, and results of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Fund's regulations;

d) Cooperate with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay organization in charge of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic in registering and keeping lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay research results at lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay National Science and Technology Information Department, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Science and Technology as prescribed;

dd) lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project manager is responsible for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay publication of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay research results of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic in accordance with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law.

2. lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay members participating in lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic coordinate, implement lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents according to lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contract, assignment of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay project leader and lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay management regulations of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic, lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay host organization, and take responsibility for lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay contents and results of participating research.

lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Fund is responsible for organizing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay evaluation and selection of topics; organizing lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay implementation of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic; assessment, acceptance, liquidation of lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay topic; managing and monitoring lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay use of research results of topics and performing other obligations in accordance with lịch trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Science and Technology and related documents.
