What is a Laissez-Passer?

Clause 5, Article 2 of the Law on Exit and Entry of Vietnamese Citizens 2019 defines laissez-passer as:

A laissez-passer is a document issued by competent Vietnamese authorities to Vietnamese citizens to cross borders according to international agreements between Vietnam and countries sharing borders.

What documents are included in the application dossier trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro a laissez-passer?

Article 5 of Decree 76/2020/ND-CP, amended by point a, clause 1, Article 1 of Decree 67/2024/ND-CP, stipulates that the application dossier trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro a laissez-passer includes:

(2) 2 passport-sized photos (4cm x 6cm).

Is it possible to authorize the submission of the laissez-passer application dossier?

Article 6 of Decree 76/2020/ND-CP stipulates about authorizing the submission of the laissez-passer application dossier as follows:

1. Persons working in agencies, organizations, or enterprises with legal personality can authorize those agencies, organizations, or enterprises to submit the application dossier and collect the result on their behalf.

2. In case an enterprise is authorized to submit the application dossier trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro a laissez-passer, before submission, the enterprise must send to the laissez-passer issuing authority 01 set of legal entity documents, including:

a) 01 certified copy of the decision to establish the enterprise or the business registration certificate; if a photocopy is submitted, the original must be presented trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay euro verification;

b) A written introduction of the seal and signature specimens of the legal representative of the enterprise.

3. The submission of legal entity documents as mentioned in clause 2 of this Article is done once, and when there is a change in the content of the dossier, the enterprise sends a supplementary document.
