What are xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 procedures for locking and unlocking electronic identification accounts (VNeID) implemented from July 1, 2024 in Vietnam?

Based on Clause 15 of Decree 69/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 procedures for locking and unlocking electronic identification accounts (VNeID) from July 1, 2024 are as follows:

(1) Locking and unlocking electronic identification accounts of Vietnamese citizens

xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 automatic electronic identification and authentication system will lock and unlock xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 electronic identification accounts of citizens when their electronic identity cards are locked or unlocked, or when their citizen identity cards or expired citizen identity cards are used.

(2) Locking electronic identification accounts of foreigners and organizations

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 automatic electronic identification and authentication system will record, check, authenticate, and lock electronic identification accounts in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following cases: foreigners requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 locking of their electronic identification accounts; foreigners violating xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agreement on using xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 National Identification Application; expiration of passports or international travel documents of foreigners; expiration of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 residency period of foreigners in Vietnam; death of foreigners.

xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 recording is done through xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 declaration by foreigners on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 National Identification Application or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 update of information as specified in Clause 8 of Decree 69/2024/ND-CP;

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 automatic electronic identification and authentication system will record, check, authenticate, and lock electronic identification accounts in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following cases: organizations requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 locking of their electronic identification accounts; organizations violating xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agreement on using xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 National Identification Application; dissolution, bankruptcy, suspension, or termination of activities of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law.

xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 recording is done through xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 declaration by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 organization on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 National Identification Application or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 update of information as specified in Clause 8 of Decree 69/2024/ND-CP;

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 judicial authorities, other competent authorities shall send a request form for locking or unlocking electronic identification accounts and electronic identity cards to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune police, ward, town or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial police or district police nearest to them for receipt and processing;

- Within 1 working day from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request form for locking or unlocking electronic identification accounts and electronic identity cards from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 judicial authorities, other competent authorities, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune police, ward, town or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial police or district police receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request must review and transfer xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request for locking electronic identification accounts to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Public Security for consideration and approval through xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 electronic identification and authentication system;

- Within 2 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 proposal from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune police, ward, town or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial police or district police, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Public Security must consider and approve xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request for locking electronic identification accounts as prescribed in Clause (2) and notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agency requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 locking of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 electronic identification accounts and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 subject whose accounts are locked.

In case of refusal to lock electronic identification accounts, a written response must be provided stating xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 reasons.

(3) Unlocking electronic identification accounts

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 automatic electronic identification and authentication system will automatically unlock electronic identification accounts when there is no basis for locking xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 accounts;

- xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 judicial authorities, other competent authorities shall send a request form for locking or unlocking electronic identification accounts and electronic identity cards to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune police, ward, town or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial police or district police nearest to them for receipt and processing;

- Within 1 working day from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request form for locking or unlocking electronic identification accounts and electronic identity cards from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 judicial authorities, other competent authorities, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune police, ward, town or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial police or district police receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request must review and transfer xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request for unlocking electronic identification accounts to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Public Security for consideration and approval through xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 electronic identification and authentication system;

- Within 2 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 proposal from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 commune police, ward, town or xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 provincial police or district police, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 head of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 identity card management agency of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Public Security must consider and approve xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 request for unlocking electronic identification accounts as prescribed in Clause (2) and notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 agency requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 unlocking of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 electronic identification accounts and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 subject whose accounts are unlocked.
