Which cases has trực tiếp bóng đá k+ technology transfer license in Vietnam been canceled?

In Clause 2, Article 32 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 2017 Law on Technology Transfer, there are provisions on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ validity of technology transfer licenses as follows:

2. Issuing authorities shall have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ power to nullify trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issued technology transfer permit/ Certificate of registration of technology transfer in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following cases:

a) Failing to comply with provisions in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ technology transfer permit or Certificate of registration of technology transfer;

b) Forging trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ technology transfer permit or Certificate of registration of technology transfer;

c) At trực tiếp bóng đá k+ request of a regulatory authority in case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ holder commits violations against regulations of relevant laws.

Thus, based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ current regulations, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ technology transfer license in Vietnam shall be cancelled if it falls into trực tiếp bóng đá k+ cases specified as above.

What does trực tiếp bóng đá k+ applications for extension of technology transfer in Vietnam comprise?

Clause 2 Article 33 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ 2017 Law on Technology Transfer provides for applications for extension of technology transfer as follows:

2. An application for extension or revisions to technology transfer includes:

a) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ application form for extension or revisions to technology transfer;

b) trực tiếp bóng đá k+ original in Vietnamese language or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ certified copy of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ written agreement on extension or revisions. In case of unavailability of an agreement in Vietnamese language, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ notarized or certified translation of such agreement into Vietnamese language shall be submitted.

According to this Article, when applying for extension of technology transfer in Vietnam , it is necessary to prepare trực tiếp bóng đá k+ above-mentioned documents.
