Circular 39/2024/TT-BTC takes effect from July 1, 2024.
Article 3 of Circular 39/2024/TT-BTC stipulates vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay principles of training, developing, updating knowledge, and issuance of professional valuation certificates as follows:
- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program, content, and duration of training, fostering, and updating knowledge must be suitable for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay participants as regulated.
- vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training, fostering, and updating knowledge content must be regularly updated, ensuring quality enhancement, and meeting vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements of participants.
- Training, fostering, and updating knowledge shall be organized in a centralized manner. In case of emergency situations, incidents, disasters, natural disasters, epidemics, or other necessary cases, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Ministry of Finance will announce that vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training, fostering, and updating knowledge shall be conducted online.

Based on Article 12 of Circular 39/2024/TT-BTC on granting valuation profession training certificates:
Valuation Profession Training Certificate
1. Trainees who score 5 (five) points or more for each test are considered to have met vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay requirements of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay class and will be granted a Valuation Profession Training Certificate for Assets or a Valuation Profession Training Certificate for Enterprises depending on vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training program they participate in.
Trainees who have been granted vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Valuation Profession Training Certificate for Assets may take additional classes to complete vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay program as set out at Point b, Clause 2, Article 10 of this Circular to be granted a Valuation Profession Training Certificate for Enterprises.
vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training unit (or a deputy authorized by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay head of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training unit) signs and grants vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Valuation Profession Training Certificate. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Valuation Profession Training Certificate follows vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Form stipulated in Appendix VI issued with this Circular and must bear vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay stamp overlapping vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay trainee's photo.
vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Valuation Profession Training Certificate for Assets is a condition to register for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay valuation practitioner's card examination in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay field of asset valuation. vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Valuation Profession Training Certificate for Enterprises is a condition to register for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay valuation practitioner's card examination in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay field of asset valuation or to register for vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay valuation practitioner's card examination in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay field of enterprise valuation.
vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Valuation Profession Training Certificate is also a condition for officials and public employees, and workers under vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay authority to participate in vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay valuation council as stipulated in Article 60 of vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Law on Pricing.
- Cases of re-issuing certificates due to loss, damage, disaster, war, or other force majeure reasons will be considered and decided by vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay training unit, but must clearly state vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay re-issued certificate and be responsible before vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay law for this re-issue.
Thus, vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Valuation Profession Training Certificate for Assets or vtv5 trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay Valuation Profession Training Certificate for Enterprises is granted to trainees who score 5 points or more for each test.
