Issuance of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Decree 78 on detailed regulations on certain provisions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Price Law regarding price appraisal in Vietnam

On July 1, 2024, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Government issued Decree 78/2024/ND-CP providing detailed regulations on certain provisions of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Price Law regarding price appraisal.

Decree 78/2024/ND-CP applies to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following entities:

- Individuals holding certificates of price appraisers, price appraisers.

- Price appraisal enterprises.

- State management agencies on price appraisal and other relevant organizations, institutions, and individuals involved in price appraisal activities.

Decree 78/2024/ND-CP takes effect from July 1, 2024.

What documents are required for registering a profession in price appraisal in Vietnam?

Based on Article 3 of Decree 78/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 documents required for registering a profession in price appraisal include:

1. Documents for registering a profession in price appraisal include:

a) xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application for registering a profession in price appraisal at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise according to Form 01 prescribed in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Appendix attached to this Decree.

b) Certified copy or valid electronic copy of documents proving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 update of knowledge in price appraisal according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance, appropriate to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 professional field of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 registered profession and still valid at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time of registration, except for cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 price appraiser card has been issued for less than 01 year from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time of registration.

c) Criminal record certificate number 1 in paper form issued by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 competent authority, valid for not more than 06 months from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time of registration, or certified copy or valid electronic copy of this certificate, or electric copy of criminal record certificate number 1 issued on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 VNeID electronic identification and authentication application, valid for not more than 06 months from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time of registration.

d) Certified copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise registration certificate in case xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 price appraiser registers xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 profession in price appraisal in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 capacity of a legal representative, director, or general director of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise.

dd) Certificate of actual working time at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 price appraisal enterprise, state management agency on price appraisal, and price appraisal according to Form 02 prescribed in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Appendix attached to this Decree, or certified copy or valid electronic copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 social insurance book showing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 period of social insurance payment at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 price appraisal enterprise, state management agency on price appraisal, and price appraisal, except for cases where it has been announced as a price appraiser according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 regulations of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Price Law.

e) Certified copy of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 labor contract signed between xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 price appraiser, except for cases where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 price appraiser is a legal representative of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise.

What are procedures for issuing and reissuing a certificate of eligibility for conducting price appraisal services in 2024 in Vietnam?

According to Article 6 of Decree 78/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 procedure for issuing and reissuing a certificate of eligibility for conducting price appraisal services is as follows:

Step 1:Document preparation and fee submission

xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise requesting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 issuance or reissuance of a certificate of eligibility for conducting price appraisal services is responsible for xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 following tasks:

- Prepare xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 necessary documents and submit them to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance through postal services, in person, or via online public services.

In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case of reissuing a certificate, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 price appraisal enterprise must submit xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 documents to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance within 10 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate was lost, damaged, or when there are changes in xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 information compared to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 information on xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 original certificate.

Pay xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 appraisal fee for issuing or reissuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate of eligibility for conducting price appraisal services as prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law on fees and charges at xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 time of submitting xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 application, and xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 fee is non-refundable.

Step 2:Document reception

Within 15 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving a complete set of documents as prescribed in Clause 1 of Article 6 of Decree 78/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance will receive xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 documents.

- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 submitted documents are incomplete or contain inaccurate information, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance will provide guidance to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise to supplement and complete xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 documents through written communication or online public services.

xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise is responsible for supplementing and completing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 documents within 10 days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 guidance from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance.

xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 submission of supplementary and completed documents is done according to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 methods prescribed in point a of Clause 1 of Article 6 of Decree 78/2024/ND-CP. After xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 deadline, if xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise fails to supplement xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 documents adequately, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance will notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise in writing or via online public services that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate will not be issued or reissued.

- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 documents show that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise does not meet xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirements for issuing or reissuing a certificate of eligibility for conducting price appraisal services, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance will notify xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise of xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 reasons for not granting or reissuing xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate in writing or via online public services.

- If xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 documents show that xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 enterprise meets xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 requirements for issuing or reissuing a certificate of eligibility for conducting price appraisal services, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance will issue or reissue xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate.

Note: In xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 case where xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 price appraisal enterprise requests a reissuance solely due to xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate being lost or damaged, within 5 working days from xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 date of receiving a complete set of documents as prescribed in Clause 1 of Article 6 of Decree 78/2024/ND-CP, xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 Ministry of Finance will reissue xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 certificate of eligibility for conducting price appraisal services as prescribed by xem bóng đá trực tiếp vtv2 law.
