On May 16, 2024, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Minister of Finance issued Circular 34/2024/TT-BTC regulating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination, issuance, management, and revocation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Price Appraisal Expert Card.
trực tiếp bóng đá k+ subjects of application of Circular 34/2024/TT-BTC include:
- Individuals participating in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuance of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Price Appraisal Expert Card as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 44 of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Price Law 2023.- Individuals who have been issued a Price Appraisal Expert Card.- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Council for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ issuance of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Price Appraisal Expert Card and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Support Team of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Council.- Other organizations and individuals related to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination, issuance, management, and revocation of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Price Appraisal Expert Card.
What does trực tiếp bóng đá k+ dossier for registering for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ price appraisal expert examination for those who do not have a Price Appraisal Expert Card include?
Article 3 of Circular 34/2024/TT-BTC specifies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ dossier for registering for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ price appraisal expert examination for those who do not have a Price Appraisal Expert Card, including:
(1) Registration form with photo attached;
(2) Certified copy of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ certificate of training in price appraisal expertise suitable for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ professional field of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam issued by a competent organization, except for cases possessing document (3):
(3) Certified copy of diploma in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ field of pricing or appraisal (if there is no certified copy of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ training certificate in price appraisal expertise as mentioned in item (2)).
If trực tiếp bóng đá k+ diploma does not clearly state trực tiếp bóng đá k+ field of pricing or appraisal, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate must additionally submit a certified copy of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ transcript showing that they have studied these fields;
(4) Certified copy of a university degree or higher (in fields other than pricing or appraisal), except for cases with a certified copy of a university degree or higher in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ field of pricing or appraisal;
(5) Two (2) color photos (4x6cm) taken within 06 months up to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ time of submission of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ dossier.

How will candidates violating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ price appraisal expert examination rules be handled?
Article 17 of Circular 34/2024/TT-BTC specifies trực tiếp bóng đá k+ handling of violations by candidates as follows:
Handling of violations by candidates
trực tiếp bóng đá k+ specific acts of violations by candidates are stipulated in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination rules for each examination, as decided by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Council.
Candidates violating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination rules must have a report made by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilator with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ signatures of both trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilator and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate. After making trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report and publicly announcing it in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination room, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilator must immediately report to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Center. In case trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate refuses to sign trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ signature of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilator only still holds legal value.
Reprimand: trực tiếp bóng đá k+ reprimand is issued by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilator with a report and a public announcement in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination room. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate reprimanded in a specific exam will have 1/4 (25%) of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ score of that exam deducted.
Warning: trực tiếp bóng đá k+ warning is issued by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilator with a report, confiscation of any evidence (if any), clearly stating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ handling method in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ report, and a public announcement in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination room. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate warned in a specific exam will have 1/2 (50%) of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ score of that exam deducted.
5. Suspension from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam: trực tiếp bóng đá k+ suspension is issued by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilator with a report, confiscation of any evidence (if any), reporting to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Center for decision and public announcement in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination room. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate suspended from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam in a specific examination will have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ score of that exam recorded as (0). trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate suspended from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam must leave trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination room immediately after trực tiếp bóng đá k+ announcement of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Center; they must submit trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam paper and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ completed test. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate suspended from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam is allowed to continue taking trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exams not yet taken as registered, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ completed exams are scored and retained as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations.
- Cancellation of exam results
trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Chairman of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Council considers and decides to cancel trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam results based on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ proposal of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilator and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Center. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate whose exam results are canceled will be deprived of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ right to participate in trực tiếp bóng đá k+ two subsequent exams or, depending on trực tiếp bóng đá k+ severity of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ violation, will be considered for criminal liability by competent authorities as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ law. trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision to cancel exam results applies to candidates with trực tiếp bóng đá k+ following violations:
a) Acts of aggression or threats towards trực tiếp bóng đá k+ responsible exam officials or other candidates;
b) Causing disruption and loss of security and order within trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination area, causing serious consequences for trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination;
c) Fraudulent exam registration, taking an exam on behalf of others, or having someone else take trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam for them.
- Candidates have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ right to report those who violate trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam rules to trực tiếp bóng đá k+ invigilators, Head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Center, or trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Council.
Thus, candidates violating trực tiếp bóng đá k+ price appraisal expert examination rules and getting suspended will be handled as follows:
- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate suspended from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam in a specific examination will have trực tiếp bóng đá k+ score of that exam recorded as (0).- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate suspended from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam must leave trực tiếp bóng đá k+ examination room immediately after trực tiếp bóng đá k+ announcement of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ decision by trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Head of trực tiếp bóng đá k+ Examination Center; they must submit trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam paper and trực tiếp bóng đá k+ completed test.- trực tiếp bóng đá k+ candidate suspended from trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exam is allowed to continue taking trực tiếp bóng đá k+ exams not yet taken as registered, trực tiếp bóng đá k+ completed exams are scored and retained as per trực tiếp bóng đá k+ regulations.
