Pursuant to Clause 1 Article 3 of the Law on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in 2004 (amended by Clause 1 Article 1 of the Law on amendments to the Law on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in 2012):
Term interpretation
In this Law, the following terms shall be construed as follows:
1. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities mean activities of organizations or individuals in the domains of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp development planning, investment, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp generation, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp transmission, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp distribution, electric system regulation, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp market transaction administration, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp wholesaling and retailing, specialized bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp consultancy and other relevant activities.
2. bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp units mean organizations or individuals that carry out activities of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp generation, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp transmission, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp distribution, electric system regulation, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp market transaction administration, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp wholesaling, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp retailing, specialized bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp consultancy or other relevant activities.

What are cases of exemption from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activity licenses in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Clause 1 Article 34 of the Law on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in 2004 (amended by Clauses 1.d and 1.e, Article 2 of the Law on amendments to the Law on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in 2012) stipulating cases of exemption from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activity licenses in Vietnam:
Cases of exemption from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activity licenses
1. The following cases shall be exempt from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activity licenses:
a) Organizations or individuals invest in the construction of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp-generating establishments for their own use, not for sale of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp to other organizations or individuals;
b) Organizations or individuals engaged in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp generation with the installation capacity below the level prescribed by the industry Ministry;
c) Organizations, individuals dealing in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in rural areas, mountainous regions, islands, that buy bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp with output smaller than 50 kVA from the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp distribution grids for direct sale to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp-using customers in rural areas, mountainous regions or islands;
d) The national electric system-regulating unit and the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp market transaction- administering unit.
2. Orqanizations and individuals exempt from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activity licenses under the provisions of Clause 1 of this Article must comply with the procedures and regulations on operation management, regulations on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp prices, technical conditions and safety prescribed in this Law.
3. The provincial-level People's Committees shall have to manage and inspect organizations and individuals engaged in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities prescribed at Points a, b and c, Clause 1 of this Article.
As regulated above, the following cases shall be exempt from bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activity licenses:
- Organizations or individuals invest in the construction of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp-generating establishments for their own use, not for sale of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp to other organizations or individuals;
- Organizations or individuals engaged in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp generation with the installation capacity below the level prescribed by the industry Ministry;
- Organizations, individuals dealing in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in rural areas, mountainous regions, islands, that buy bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp with output smaller than 50 kVA from the bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp distribution grids for direct sale to bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp-using customers in rural areas, mountainous regions or islands;

What are prohibited acts in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Law on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp in 2004 stipulating prohibited acts in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use in Vietnam:
- Destroying electrical equipment and facilities, bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp-measuring or counting equipment or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp works.
- Conducting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities without permits as provided for by this Law.
- Switching on, switching off bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp supply illegally.
- Violating the regulations on safety in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp generation, transmission, distribution and use.
- Obstructing the inspection of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities and use.
- Stealing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp.
- Using bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp as animal traps or protection means, except for cases prescribed in Article 59 of this Law.
- Violating the regulations on protection of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp grid safety corridors, on safe distances of transmission tines and transformer stations.
- Supplying untruthful information, thus causing harms to the legitimate rights and interests of organizations or individuals conducting bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities or using bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp.
- Abusing positions and/or powers to harass for bribes, cause troubles, earn illicit profits in bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp activities and/or bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp use.
- Other acts of violation prescribed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp legislation.
