According to Article 6Decree 18/2025/ND-CP, an organization or individual requesting to conclude a power purchase agreement for residential purposes must ensure trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following conditions:
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay party requesting to conclude trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay agreement as trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity buyer must be trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay legal representative or authorized person of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity buyer to conclude trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay contract.
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay party requesting to conclude trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay agreement as trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity seller must be trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay legal representative or authorized person of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay retail electricity unit that meets trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity buyer's needs to conclude trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay contract.
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay contracting parties must satisfy trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay conditions of a valid civil transaction under trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay Civil Code. Authorization is executed according to civil law.
- If trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity buyer is a tenant using trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay premises for housing, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay person concluding trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay contract as trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity buyer is trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay homeowner or trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay tenant authorized in writing. trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay homeowner must commit to paying electricity bills if trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay tenant, as trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay authorized contract signatory, fails to fulfill trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay payment obligation.
- At one registered location for electricity purchase, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity buyer, if a household, may only enter into one contract.
What are trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay main contents of a power purchase agreement for residential purposes in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 44 of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nayElectricity Law 2024onthe power purchase agreement and electricity service provision agreement:
Article 44. Power Purchase Agreement and Electricity Service Provision Agreement
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay power purchase agreement and electricity service provision agreement must be in paper form or data messages with trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay same validity as documents under trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay law.
- trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay power purchase agreement between trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity generation unit and trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay buyer, excluding power plants funded under public-private partnership, wholesale electricity contracts, and auxiliary system service provision contracts, must include trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay following main contents:
a) Information of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay parties in trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay contract including: name, address, phone number, and other contact methods (if any);
b) Price of power purchase agreement; electricity wholesale price; electricity system auxiliary service price;
c) Contracted electricity output (if any);
d) Invoicing, electricity payment, and payment deadline;
dd) Rights and obligations of trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay parties;
e) Language used is Vietnamese. If trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity seller includes foreign investors, trực tiếp bóng đá việt nam hôm nay electricity seller and buyer may agree to use an additional contract in English.
g) Other agreed contents by both parties.

- Termination conditions and liabilities arising from termination
