Promulgation of Circular 55/2024/TT-BCA amending 04 Circulars on fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting in Vietnam
On October 31, 2024, the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam issuedThông tư 55/2024/TT-BCAamending the following 04 Circulars:
- Amending kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supplementing certain articles ofThông tư 141/2020/TT-BCAdated December 23, 2020, by the Minister of Public Security, stipulating inspection work on fire prevention, fighting, rescue, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp relief by the People's Public Security forces.
- Amending kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supplementing Clauses 1, 3, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp 4 of Article 5 ofCircular 150/2020/TT-BCAdated December 31, 2020, by the Minister of Public Security, stipulating the equipment for fire prevention, fighting, rescue, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp relief, for the civil defense forces, basic kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp specialized fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting forces.
- Amending kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supplementing certain articles ofThông tư 82/2021/TT-BCAdated August 6, 2021, by the Minister of Public Security, stipulating standards, duties, training, checking professional operations for design appraisal, acceptance inspection of fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting by the Fire Prevention, Fighting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Rescue Police forces.
- Amending kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp supplementing certain articles ofThông tư 06/2022/TT-BCAdated January 17, 2022, by the Minister of Public Security, stipulating the process of implementing tasks of fire prevention, fighting, rescue, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp relief in the People's Public Security.
Furthermore, 03 appendices are issued withThông tư 55/2024/TT-BCA, including:
(1)Appendix 1: List of components of documents submitted for signature regarding fire prevention, fighting, rescue, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp relief in the People's Public Security of Vietnam.
(2)Appendix 2: List kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of firefighting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rescue equipment provided for one basic firefighting team.
(3)Appendix 3: List kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp number of firefighting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp rescue equipment provided for one specialized firefighting team.

What actions are prohibited in fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting in Vietnam?
Based on Article 13 of theLaw on Fire Prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Fighting 2001(supplemented by Clause 8, Article 1 of theLaw on Amendments to the Law on Fire Prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp Fighting 2013), the following acts are prohibited in fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting:
- Intentionally causing fires or explosions harmful to human life kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp health; causing damage to the property of the State, agencies, organizations, or individuals; negatively affecting the environment, security, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp social safety.
- Obstructing fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting activities; opposing people executing duties of fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting.
- Abusing fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting to violate human life kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp health; infringing the property of the State, agencies, organizations, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp individuals.
- Falsely reporting fires.
- Failing to report a fire when having conditions to do so; delaying fire reporting.
- Producing, storing, transporting, using, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp illegally trading in fire kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp explosive hazardous materials.
- Illegally bringing flammable kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp explosive goods into crowded places.
- Constructing fire kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp explosion hazardous works, high-rise buildings, commercial centers without approved fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting designs; accepting kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp using fire kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp explosion hazardous works, high-rise buildings, kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp commercial centers without sufficient fire safety conditions.
- Appropriating, destroying, damaging, arbitrarily altering, moving, or obscuring fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting equipment, signs, or escape routes.
- Other acts violating the provisions of the law on fire prevention kết quả bóng đá trực tiếp fighting.
