Article 48. Organizational Forms trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Healthcare Facilities

1. The organizational forms trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay healthcare facilities include:

a) Hospital;

b) Medical station under the people’s armed forces;

c) Maternity home;

d) Clinic;

e) Traditional medicine treatment clinic;

f) Paraclinical service facility;

g) Commune health station;

h) Outpatient emergency facility;

i) Family medicine healthcare facility;

What basic information included in the Operating License trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay a Healthcare Facility in Vietnam?

According to Article 50 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay theLaw on Medical Examination and Treatment 2023regarding the operating license trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay healthcare facilities:

Article 50. Operating License trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Healthcare Facilities

1. Each healthcare facility has one operating license without a defined period. If a healthcare facility operates at an additional location, each must have its own operating license.

2. The content trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the operating license includes the following basic information:

a) Name trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the healthcare facility;

b) Organizational form;

c) Operational address;

d) Scope trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay professional activities;

e) Daily working hours.

3. Facilities applying for a new, re-issued, or adjusted operating license must pay fees in accordance with the law on fees, except when due to errors trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the authority that issues the operating license.

4. Within 5 working days from the issuance, re-issuance, or adjustment trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the operating license, the competent authority must update the information regarding these changes on the Information System for the Management trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Medical Examination and Treatment Activities.

5. The Government trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay Vietnam provides detailed regulations on the cases, conditions, dossiers, and procedures for issuing, re-issuing, and adjusting operating licenses for each form trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay healthcare facility organization stipulated in Article 48 trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay this Law; it prescribes the form trực tiếp bóng đá euro hôm nay the operating license and specific conditions for healthcare facilities under the people’s armed forces.

According to the above regulations, each healthcare facility has an operating license with no defined period. The basic information on the operating license includes:
