Is it permissible to practice medical examination đá bóng trực tiếp treatment during the period of suspended sentence execution in Vietnam?
Based on Article 20 of theLaw on Medical Examination đá bóng trực tiếp Treatment 2023on cases prohibited from practicing medicine:
Article 20. Cases Prohibited from Practicing Medicine
- Under criminal investigation for acts violating laws related to technical expertise.
- Serving a suspended sentence or community sentence for acts violating laws related to technical expertise.
- On probation for a prison sentence related to technical expertise but released early under conditional terms.
- Serving a prison sentence or being subject to administrative measures of mandatory education or rehabilitation.
- Prohibited from practicing medicine according to an effective criminal court judgment or restricted from practice by a competent authority.
- Incapacitated or with impaired or limited civil capacity.
According to the above regulation, a person serving a suspended sentence or community sentence for acts violating laws related to technical expertise is prohibited from practicing medicine.
Thus, a person serving a suspended sentence for acts violating laws related to technical expertise is not allowed to practice medicine.
What are ways for medical practitioners in Vietnamto continuously update their medical knowledge?
Based on Article 22 of theLaw on Medical Examination đá bóng trực tiếp Treatment 2023on the continuous update of medical knowledge:
Article 22. Continuous Update of Medical Knowledge
- Practitioners in roles such as doctors, physicians, nurses, midwives, medical technicians, clinical dietitians, emergency medical personnel, đá bóng trực tiếp clinical psychologists have the responsibility to continuously update their medical knowledge suitable to their practice scope.
- Forms for continuous medical knowledge update include:
a) Attending short-term training courses, conferences, đá bóng trực tiếp seminars on medical topics suitable for practice.
b) Participating in compiling textbooks, instructional materials, đá bóng trực tiếp specialized documents on medical examination đá bóng trực tiếp treatment.
c) Conducting scientific research đá bóng trực tiếp teaching in medical fields within the scope of practice.
d) Self-updating of medical knowledge đá bóng trực tiếp other forms.
- Medical examination đá bóng trực tiếp treatment establishments are responsible for facilitating the continuous update of medical knowledge for practitioners.
- The Minister of Health shall provide detailed regulations for this Article.
According to the above regulation, medical practitioners can continuously update their medical knowledge through the following forms:
- Attending short-term training courses, conferences, đá bóng trực tiếp seminars on medical topics suitable for practice.
- Participating in compiling textbooks, instructional materials, đá bóng trực tiếp specialized documents on medical examination đá bóng trực tiếp treatment.
