What criminal liability is incurred for football betting in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 321Criminal Code 2015(amended by Clause 120 Article 1Law Amending Criminal Code 2017) relating to xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay charge of gambling:

Article 321. Gambling Offense

1. Anyone who unlawfully gambles in any form, where stakes are money or property valued at VND 5,000,000 to under VND 50,000,000, or under VND 5,000,000 but has been administratively sanctioned for such acts or actions specified in Article 322 of this Code, or has been convicted of such an offense or an offense specified in Article 322 of this Code without having xoilac tv trực tiếp bóng đá hôm nay conviction expunged and continues to violate, shall be fined from VND 20,000,000 to VND 100,000,000, subject to non-custodial reform for up to 03 years or face imprisonment from 06 months to 03 years.

Those who engage in football betting and face criminal charges for gambling shall be fined from VND 20,000,000 to VND 100,000,000, subject to non-custodial reform for up to 03 years or face imprisonment from 06 months to 07 years.

What are penalties for football betting in Vietnam?

Based on Clause 2; Clause 6; Clause 7 Article 28Decree 144/2021/ND-CPregarding acts of illegal gambling:

b) Suspension of activities from 06 months to 12 months for acts prescribed at Point đ Clause 3 of this Article;

c) Expulsion of foreigners who commit administrative violations specified in Clauses 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of this Article.

7. Measures to remedy consequences:
