According to Clause 8, Article 6 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law on bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp State Bank of Vietnam 2010, negotiable instruments serve as evidence confirming bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp obligation to repay debt between bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp institution issuing bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp negotiable instruments and bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp holder thereof, within a specified period, under specific interest payment conditions and other terms.

As stipulated in Official Dispatch 141/TANDTC-KHXX of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Supreme People's Court, negotiable instruments include:

- Drafts, promissory notes, cheques, other negotiable instruments defined in Article 1 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law on Negotiable Instruments 2005;

- Government bonds of Vietnam, corporate bonds, promissory notes, shares as specified in point c, Clause 1, Article 4 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ordinance on Foreign Exchange in 2005;

- Treasury bills, drafts, bonds, public debts, and other instruments that give rise to debt obligations as specified in point 16, Article 3 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law on Public Debt Management 2009;

- Various types of securities (shares, bonds, fund certificates; pre-emptive rights, warrants, call and put options, futures contracts, groups of securities or stock indices; investment capital contribution contracts; other types of securities as prescribed by bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Ministry of Finance) as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 6 of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Law on Securities 2006 (amended and supplemented in 2010);

- Corporate bonds as prescribed in Article 2 of Decree No. 52/2006/ND-CP dated May 19, 2006, of bóng đá hôm nay trực tiếp Government of Vietnam on "Issuance of Corporate Bonds"…

This Official Dispatch also clarifies that certificates of property ownership (Land Use Right Certificates; House Ownership Certificates,Motorbike Registration Certificates, Car Registration Certificates, etc.) are not considered "negotiable instruments."
