Promulgating Decree 142/2024/ND-CP on the management xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items in Vietnam
On October 30, 2024, the Government xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Vietnam issuedDecree No. 142/2024/ND-CPprescribing the system xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the People's Public Security, People's Army, and civil judgment enforcement agencies; responsibilities and powers xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái agencies, organizations, and individuals in managing storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items; processes for receiving, transferring out, and preserving evidence, documents, and objects collected from criminal, civil, marriage and family, business, commercial, labor cases, and from reports, denouncements about crimes, recommendations for prosecutions or assets temporarily detained in civil enforcement.
Decree No. 142/2024/ND-CPtakes effect from January 1, 2025.
Article 3 xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiDecree No. 142/2024/ND-CPstipulates the principles for managing storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items as follows:
- Comply with the provisions xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái law.
- Receiving, transferring in and out xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidence, documents, objects shall be performed according to the order or decision xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái competent authorities or persons.
- Evidence, documents, objects must be classified and preserved to ensure safety.
- Storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, itemsshall be protected safely 24/24 hours daily.

Based on Article 6 xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cáiDecree No. 142/2024/ND-CP, the system xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the People's Public Security is stipulated as follows:
Article 6. System xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the People's Public Security
- The system xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the People's Public Security includes:
a) Storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the Ministry xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Public Security;
b) Storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái provincial-level Public Security (hereinafter referred to as provincial-level Public Securitystorage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items);
c) Storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái district-level Public Security (hereinafter referred to as district-level Public Securitystorage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items).
- The Minister xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Public Security regulates the system xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái the People's Public Security to receive, preserve evidence, documents, objects xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái judicial bodies, individuals conducting proceedings in the People's Public Security, Procuracy, and agencies, individuals assigned to conduct certain investigative activities xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái Public Security, Customs, Forest Protection, and Fishery Control.

- Storage xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái evidences, documents, items xem bóng đá trực tiếp nhà cái investigative agencies, military zone enforcement agencies and equivalents, Border Guard, Coast Guard, and regional criminal investigation agencies
